Who won the election?

J.C. Boyd, Doyle Fields, DeAnna Jackson..Maybe we can see some results of their campaign promises, unlike, Monique Tatum making campaign promises she didn't even try to keep. What about the junk yards, Monique Tatum made promises she didn't even try to keep her promises. She only wanted the name of being a council member.

I am looking forward to some changes in Lebanon. Doyle is a wonderful person, what does him driving a school bus have to do with anything?

A bus driver would be a workin man right?? So I want someone to run the town that has some workin backbone. 1 site here people are friggin complainin that "politicians" get all the workin man jobs, and now someone is complainin that a workln man has a job in politics. DANG L-town folks make up your DAMN MIND...

It has absolutely NOTHING to do with him driving a school bus , think about it there is several other ppl that have two jobs in Russell Co. that are HIGHER positions. I like Doyle as a person and i think e done a fine job the first round he was in!!

I was wondering what kind of changes you thought the new town government would make here that the old one hasn't, and so far, the only thing I've really heard is they will be hiring their own friends and relatives, compared to the previous administration who hired their friends and relatives.

That's all well and good, but it certainly doesn't make Lebanon a more desirable place to work, much less consider buying a house or opening a business.

Try to clean up some of these junk yards that Hassell Kegley has right in the middle of town. ALSO; get some recreation for us to take our kids too, besides behind a sewer plant!

Doyle is also a farmer, Guess this disqualifies him also, God knows the last thing we need is a man with common sense on the council. This is not to mention he was raised by the best preacher to ever walk through Lebanon. You must be out of your mind if you think he can not do the job.He is only one man with one vote so shut up get behind him and help him get the job done. If all of you are so unhappy with the current council vote them out or shut up

What, a junk yard in lebanon? I thought he ran a buisness, guess since he works for a living this makes him unworthy of the grand councilship of the center of the world, the town of Lebanon.Guess this is why he signs the checks !!! So I guess if it is a junkyard dont take your car there next time it is broken or it might get crushed .LMFAO !!!! WAAH WAAH cry in the river or the town will flood !

They just voted 'em in Tuesday. I was just curious what folks were expecting that the new council would do that the old council was unable or unwilling to do.

If it's that old gas station with all them junker cars sitting there, it does give a horrible first impression of the town. They have taken some of the cars off and at least mowed the place this year.
