Has anyone had any success with Adam Parrish, the lawyer in Lebanon? I have heard good things about him but my experience so far is not so happy :(

I have known Parrish for over 9 years and he has worked on a case for us, I find him to be quite busy and knowledgeable and straight arrow, some people want to be got off when they do wrong, they also feel they are the only phone call he has to make or only court case.
Most cases take a year or two to go to court in the mean time, you can not be the only case he has.

Let's see you can go hire a atty. in a big fancy office, and a 20 thousd. retainer if you like and see how often they call you back, that is an atty. thing, your not their only client.

Atty's get people off everyday that should not be, not always is that the atty.'s fault but the court system and jury system.

I would recommend Parrish but again he is not just working for your case but many, this is his living to pay his bills.

If your looking for a miracle Atty. is suggested you pray and hire God.

Some of these rude comments about Parrish I just wonder what their case is about and what they
do for a living, and how well they get along with anyone in life.

Not just anyone can go to school and be an atty. the lady that works for him is a very knowledgeable about the laws, believe she is a prelegal.

An Atty. does not have to meet with you 200 times to be good, your probably not his only case, live in the real world, his retainer fees are more reasonable than some of the other atty's. I hired an atty. before I knew Atty. I would wait days for a phone call to be returned, imagine that, I was not his only case.

Unreasonable people in this world.

Sure Adam is sharp and intelligent, but, first and foremost he is an officer of the court system here with an oath to uphold their home cooked and crooked $ystem. Our court systems here are about MONEY MONEY MONEY and not Perry Mason/Matlock types of idealistic justice.

This is the only reason I would never be a BAR attorney and swear those oaths selling my soul. Look up the BAR oath and that to be an officer of the court in this state. You, as a paying client, don't even rate consideration.

Adam is very intelligent and capable although it is very obvious his business practices rub many people the wrong way. I actually like him as a person, just not as an attorney, which applies pretty much to all of them, so it's nothing personal. I almost suspect he enjoys the challenge from an educated and knowing client as much as anything else to do with his practice.

The system is broken from the top and keep in mind there is a new private prison being built nearby and you or yours will either warm a bed there or pay for any that remain empty. This while the highly profitable and heavily subsidized owners whore it's prisoners out at 25 cents an hour while billing nearly $20 per hour.

It's all about MONEY.

Most people that retain attorneys know jack nothing of the law, case law or rules of conduct of either attorneys or judges.

Interestingly enough, the Board of Professional Responsibility as well as the Board of Judicial Conduct just about make filing a complaint against an attorney or judge out of the reach of a regular person that doesn't have a law degree. To effectively do so requires full understanding of all the applicable laws and over 200 pages of rules. Then you wait a year or more to see if they do anything or get your money back. THAT IS IF AND ONLY IF, you have excellent documented proof presented to them at a level approaching memorandums written by an attorney.

The BPR and BJC both need additional reformation with respect to the intake of consumer complaints and accepting evidence online OR walking into their brick and mortar facilities. Also needed is plain English education of the people with respect to their rules. They, like most all laws of which we are all subject, are written by attorneys and many artfully crafted to leave room for debate as to their actual meaning.

Rule 1.3 Diligence is the easiest to prove before the BPR and insist that all your court hearings are recorded and you get copies. Record ALL conversations with your attorney including phone calls. Keep all your papers organized in a file and make it a habit to drop by the court clerks office requesting to see such files. Get and keep copies of any and everything you inexplicably do not have.

It is a DAMN SHAME that the people of this state have allowed the fascist judges to close their courts to people charged and abused by the system denying them even the lawful right to bring and record their hearings themselves. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN???

State code and acts give attorneys the right to record and the media, under very formal application, the right to record, BUT NOT YOU IF CHARGED AND ARE IN JEOPARDY! NOT YOU IF MERELY A CITIZEN OBSERVING WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO THINK ARE OPEN COURT PROCEEDINGS!

HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? Why would any law abiding and honest judge choose to deny any standing accused in his/her court or observers the common law right to record???

Many of my ancestors fought wars against Nazi Fascism and Imperialism over less SHIT than what our outright racketeering justice system pulls here and gets away with on a daily basis.

The biggest crooks are often observed on the side of the prosecuting attorneys who are pretty much above the law and completely unaccountable for numerous violations of their oaths and rules of professional conduct.

Mitch Ferguson, who is both an attorney and member by appointment of the Tennessee Judiciary, ranks right there with the worst of them and many others that are only about taking your money and even trading you like a cheap baseball card if such a deal is offered to him. All you'll get is screwed and be out money.

Tripper, just because you've known someone for nine years doesn't mean you actually know them..now I will say this, I'm college educated and very well known in this town..I hired Adam due to my son coming back from visits with his father bruised up..not talking about discipline, talking about bruises up and down his arms..there was solid proof, dr visits to the ER, counselling records, even a report made to the LPD..Adam was supposed to have given me some interrogatories to complete for the opposing attorney but somehow he misplaced those which cost me paying the ex abuser his attorney fees..but it get better..your thoughts of thinking how highly this attorney really is gets worse..see he didn't email my interrogatories on time to the opposing attorney and I had to pay my sons abuser thousands in attorney fees..my case was dismissed..none of what this monster did to our son has ever been heard..I'm sure it is perfectly alright that Adam let every single but of this to occur..see I had to send my son back to his father even after this so he could continuously do this to him..isn't it funny how we jump to conclusions and always side with the very people who are out to destroy someone else?? It's why I filed a lawsuit against Adam and it is pending today..I didn't go hire anyone..I'm suing him myself..now the good old boy system is sure trying to protect him in answering what he allowed to occur..lucky for my son, his sociopathic father discarded him some time back or he would still be going through the beatings today..oh and by the way, Adam was supposed to help me collect on some copays and child support this monster refused to pay..after I fired Adam I went to court pro se and obtained my money back and this SOB had to pay every last cent..Sure people go hire Adam..after all he has two censured on his record and id be happy to share my court records with you so you can see how this attorney was apparently paid off to do what he did..after all everyone wants to pay an attorney who won't do anything but screw up your case!!
