Lebanon city council canidates

I just want to say as a citizen and my opinion I would not be voting for Richard Rogers. He is very manipulative. He may go to church but that by know means makes him some christian man, A lady that attends the church hes going said he only started showing up when he started trying to run for city council and i spoke to some people they said they didnt even know he lived in the community until he started running they never saw him...but he knows about community? He never volunteered until he started trying to run. I also know he has 3 children that are grown now that he never saw grow up or wanted anything to do with but he has a since of family? he also been arrested many times. thats city council material?

Yes he is for craighead and the sales tax. Along with any other taxes the mayor wants, All you have to do is ask ole ritche and he will tell you how bad it is needed and the mayor knows what needs to be done. Hello new taxes and fees.

I think anyone who has been in jail within a year of running shouldn't be aloud to heard he got put in jail for trying to run over some one within the year

I'm a concern citizen and I would not vote for Richard Rogers after I heard all the stuff about him. He does drugs and another man pays his bills for him. What's up with that? Suppose to be a Christian, I think we know what's up with that. He has told people so many lies about his life. Well, my understanding his 3 kids that can't stand him and don't claim him. By what his kids has said he has never been in the picture there whole life. And he wants praise for that and he wants to be a grandfather to his grandchild that he hasn't seen but 3 times and she is almost a year old. I heard that he said he was married to the mother of the children but I know they where never married and she said he was just a sperm donor. My understanding he always made excuses not to see his kids and when she took him to court for child support he didn't even want to pay it until he had a DNA done. Well they are his kids and he couldn't even manage to pay his child support of 60.00 a week for them and he his still behind on child support and they are grown now. Really, people why would you want someone that can't even pay his own bills and someone that couldn't take care of his kids be our City Council. What's this World coming to?

poplar hill in watertown and nw i think some church on highway 70 going toward carthage...didnt he just hae the police called on him the other day for sticking signs in peoples yards when they told him not to

OK, who's running against Richard Rogers? whomever it is support them because I read the Sunday paper about the Mayors hand picked pro arena candidates. Richard has stated to a friend of mine he's for this fiasco. you know it would behoove Philip to stay out of other elections. Find his other hand picked candidates and vote against them too.

When having a city manager instead of a city mayor was brought up someone claimed it was just a plot to stack the council, I think it was one of Craighead's cronies, people had better pay attention to what is happening Crackhead will tax and spend us into a hole just like other cities are right now. They have approved to buy everything but a steam ship this year and keep saying they need more tax dollars to stay a float, the thought of cutting spending never crossed anyone's mind, Crackhead see's the people of Lebanon as sheep for the shearing, he is serving real estate brokers and developer's rather than the citizen's.

I have heard from a pretty good sourc that craighead and fox are backing Richard. They want some other crooked person like thereselvs to hold a position where they will vote for whatever they say. He wants to raise the taxes in Lebanon to help build that sports arena or whatever but I as well as everyone else can agree riht now is not thetime everyone out there is already struggling to stay afloat in this economy dont think a tax increase is the right thing right now. A little puppet is all Richard would be to them and heck as long as he is getting a check and getting to look so great to all his friends im pretty sure he would say whatever they wanted him to... Pathetic. What kind of person running for city council gets out in the street screaming and waveing there hands like a lunatic because someone is putting out a sign representing his opponent..I mean be an adult
