the "bare arms" people that it will not help
Both "bare" arms and "bear" arms are spelled correctly "Hey"....so spell check will not notice which one is appropriate for the occasion.
Jokes aren't much fun when you have to explain them !

The Supreme court deceiding what a regulated Malitia is?
Surely we can depend on this department of crooks to figure this out. These are the idiots who decided that corporations were people and it's really just dandy to take Joe's Tire Mart by Eminent Domain to give that great location to Sears for their Tire Mart.
Oh yes let's put our trust in the Supremes.
That would be DECIDE. Just for OT.
Thank God I follow Blueprints and do not make them.

From your link:
[Hagel] told Obama:“We are at a time where there is a new world order. We don’t control it. You must question everything, every assumption, everything they”— the military and diplomats —“tell you. Any assumption 10 years old is out of date. You need to question our role. You need to question the military. You need to question what are we using the military for.
The two (Obama and Hagel) share similar views and philosophies as the Obama administration attempts to define the role of the United States in the transition to a post-superpower world."
I can define the role of the US as Obama steers the ship toward the "transition". All you have to do is look at how he's steered the people of this country. His intention is to make the government supreme, and the individual subservient. He's growing the government and it's power, while making the individual dependent on the government.
So, he needs a Hagel to slowly emasculate the military, so that they too will be subservient. Remember when he said he wanted a civilian force as powerful as the military? Well, in the Dept of Homeland Security, he has that civilian Army. Indeed, last week, the lesbian that runs the department was advising us on how to shovel snow:
http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/dhs-offer...
That'll save us from terrorists.
Meanwhile, as we do a Clinton on the military, China is ramping up it's armies.
And Obama has already expressed his admiration for china's way of life.
Ahhhh. I'm just a drama queen......
It is the ability to shovel snow and the duck tape around the windows that will save us (remember Tom) from AlQuada.

I never noticed "Hey"...but if you mean that emminent domain case in Ct. where the Supreme Court agreed with taking people's land for a private use simply because the new use would yield more tax revenue, I agree that was a bad decision.

Last night Hannity did a special called “Boomtown”. Now before you go, Faux news, and I hate Hannity, I’d like you to open your mind for a moment. This program did not focus on hating Obama, or democrats, or what you’d expect from Fox and Hannity. It focused on the fact that while the rest of the country is trying to keep it’s head above water, and the middle class is declining, Washington DC and it’s environs are booming. In fact, it has become the richest city in America, even surpassing Silicon Valley.

o D.C. is the 4th fastest city in the country at minting new millionaires.
o Average income among the top 5% of Washington households is $473,000. That’s the highest among the 50 largest U.S. cities.
o Average income among the top 20% of D.C. households is higher than in every city except San Francisco.
o Between 2007-2008, the amount of money spent on lobbyists jumped by almost $500 million—the biggest jump in the last 15 years.

And where is all that wealth flowing? Into the pockets of lobbyists, special interests, and public officials. Indeed, politicians who enter office with modest net worths often exit political life with newfound wealth far in excess of their congressional salaries.

GE, a company that paid no income taxes last year, spends $39 MILLION per year on lobbyists. That’s over $100,000 per day! One company.

A study in 2008 found that every dollar spent on lobbying returned $220. That's quite a return.

While mom and pop restaurants elsewhere struggle, you can’t even get in to high dollar restaurants in DC without knowing someone. DC has become the largest purveyor of high dollar fine wines in the country. Ferrari and Lamborghini dealerships can’t get enough inventory to supply demand. A venture to sell parking spaces for private jets anticipated that it would take 18 months to break even, sold out in 72 hours. A Washington airport closed one of it’s landing strips to be used solely for private jets for Obama’s inauguration due to the number of planes that needed to land.

So get your barf bags out for the Hannity part, but the content of the show will open your eyes.

Are you talking about all the homes and land that were taken from the people and given to a builder to put in bigger homes and a mall??
Do you know what happened to those people and their attempt to take that judges property away from him and turn it into somthing else by that same type of ruling?

It is already settled by the constitution

John Kiriakaw sentenced to two and a half years for exposing CIA torture.
Those who do the torture evidently nothing.
Does this look like ending torture?
Dianne Feinstein's gun control bill exempts government officals from planned semi-auto assalt weapons.
Sort of like the government exemptions for insider trading.
Such a lovely bunch.
