Angel Kane is an excellent attorney. She handled my sister's divorce and many of my friends divorces. She is not cheap but she has been practicing for many years and knows what she is doing.

No matter how good the atty is, they can't change the facts of the case and the law, nor can they change any tendencies that the judge might have. Court is just like a football game, on any given Sunday, anyone can win. The objective is to put the odds as much in your favor as possible. I used Donna Greene from Nashville with good results. She listened to what I wanted, told me what I could get and the things to do to help myself.

I would recommend Chad Hayes. he is wonderful. So down to earth . he doesnt make you feel that you are below him, he "levels" with you and puts the facts out there for you. He is just past the wilson co general sessions court

The best attorneys in town are Frank Lannom and Melanie Bean (works in his office), after them and for a custody or divoce, I'd use Robin Vance, Angel Kane or Susan Merry.

But I've heard good things about Randy Wakefield, too.

I think that trash talking any lawyer is school aged behavior. No one always wins or looses, they try their best to win but it all has to do with the facts. The best thing I can say is when I was looking for a lawyer for my divorce, I sat down with him shared everything with him, he gave me advice and said that he hoped to not see me again and that we could work things out. He made me feel like he really cared about me and my kids.

I would highly recommend Chad Hayes. He puts families and children first. He is easy to speak with and does the right things for the right reason. He always gave my case the time and attention it needed and made me feel like a friend and not just a client.

Chad Hayes wasn't the first lawyer I hired. I wish he was. I knew my case was a winner but just seemed to be spinning my wheels, until Chad took over. I knew I had the right lawyer when my ex sent me a text after first meeting him that said: "It's a shame that you hired a lawyer that doesn't want to look out for your interests but just wants to hurt me." I am confident that Chad did both.:)

I hired Adam Parrish and he got me custody of my daughter. He was honest with me up front about the pros and cons of my case, and that Dad's traditionally have a tough time getting custody of children, especially of a infant daughter. He quoted me a reasonable fee, and did exactly what he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone.

He took my case even though I had very little money. Worked out a payment plan and got me custody of my grandson. Was sometimes hard to reach, but always available to meet face to face.
