Visitor explains Rendell plan for sharing funding

Is it possible that the Lebanon School District is just badly run?

After all, they went and signed a contract to pay ol' Chip Brightbill $10,000 to nibble on Rendell's ear to get more money for Polaris - but what's come of that? After blowing at least $60,000 on a washed up state senator to act as their lobbyist, why should anyone think this school board has any sense of responsibility?
