Once again a letter on the Employee Free Choice Act was based on conjecture and little fact.

No, Carl. If I read the letter correctly, this is an anti-union piece. HIH's head would explode having these thoughts.

Warlow sounds like a very bright guy to me. Facts, good arguments --- very persuasive.

The non-union model does work, it works by restricting the free market employee from negotiating a contract with their employer.

It's amazing that the same Republican Party that pushes fpr individual rights spends so much time discriminating against midddle class workers in the workplace.

Your comment makes no sense. When was the last time a free market employee in a union shop was able to negotiate a contract directly with their employer without getting beat up by union thugs?

Negotiate all you want but then accept our terms because we own our labor, we are not slaves, and we will collectively decide not to work for you (strike) or buy from you (boycott). You want laissez-faire, you got laissez-faire.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Aquarius

Unfortunately it won't take much to get your wires crossed, especially if you're trying to keep track of your Christmas preparations. It's hard to work out what still needs to be done. A member of the family is away with the fairies or is being completely fanciful. It's a pest because that sort of behavior can make you feel anxious and harassed.
