You are correct I was not old enough at the time of Peggy's death to understand a lot. However, I wouldn't brag about being an adult that understood at the time because in case you haven't noticed your generation FAILED this case. Damn shame this case had to wait for Kevin Snavely to be born and that 5-year-old to grow up before Peggy got the respect she deserved. By the way, NO ONE to date has sent this story nationwide. Nationwide is defined as THROUGHOUT the nation. An article in a different state does not equal national coverage. Who gives a rip if the editor of the LD News lived in Lebanon at the time of the crime? The people that wrote the original story are no longer at the LD News? Imagine that! It's only been 40 years. It's 2008 not 1968 the world didn't stand still waiting for you to catch up. "Only story to make print appeared in a Phila. paper" ....What planet are you living on?

I would like to thank everyone who volunteered their help, and everyone who donated items!
With everyones help we made well over the amount we needed to start legal procedures into becoming a legal entity.
Now my sister's name can also be honored and remembered lovingly, every time the FOUNDATION helps a child.

THE PEGGY REBER MEMORIAL SERVICE (Celebration of Her Life) A sincere thanks to everyone who attended the service for my sister yesterday! The service was as beautiful as the day was. Thank you also, to the people who weren’t able to attend, but still gave their best wishes, and hopes for our family, and the future of the Foundation. The love and charity that was shown has truly been a gift to us all. Thank you also to Mike Rodkey, officiate. He made the service a truly smooth and peaceful experience. I would also like to extend our thanks and gratitude to the Office of the District Attorney, for paying their respects. We deeply appreciate all their hard work into my sister’s investigation. Thank you to the news agencies that have covered both the investigation and memorial. With their help we’re also getting out the news of the Peggy Reber Foundation. The toy and book donations were great!(Boxes will be at the drop off points through Tuesday, May 27th). We will be distributing them throughout the month of June to the appropriate charities. Yesterday we brought out a new message for the followers of my sister’s tragedy. I stated how I had never once put a memorial in the paper for my sister, or my late husband, or mother. Why? I truly believed it would not do any good. After all, they are dead, what good would that do? I didn’t realize for many years, how much that would actually help in my healing. The love and support from my sister’s service in January was the beginning of healing. Not only mine, but for many, many people. It made me realize that talking about the investigation was not the only thing that would help. I needed to make sure that my sister’s name would always stand for something good in every ones lives. So with the help of donations, and a yard sale I’m happy to say that we are officially beginning the legal procedures to start The Peggy Reber Foundation. Our Mission Statement: To provide a safe haven for any child in need. To assist them in reaching the ultimate goal of self-reliance as they strive for their true purpose in life. As a community I believe that we definitely need to fight for justice for my sister, and make sure nothing like this ever happens to anybody’s loved ones. And alongside of that fight for justice, I believe we must start healing. Part of that healing, is in helping each other. It would be sad, if ten years from now, a conversation overheard would mention her name, and the only thing that might be said would be,‘Oh, that poor girl that was tortured so badly!” Although, I pray to be able to hear,”Hey, isn’t it great! I heard that they finally got the monster that tortured that poor girl!” There is another message I would also like to hear with that. One of healing and hope. So I have officially declared Sunday, May 25,2008, as the last day that I will ever shed a tear of mourning for my sister’s tragedy. When I shed tears for her, they will be tears of joy, over some silly stupid thing we did together, that made us laugh. They will be tears of happiness for all of the fourteen years we did have together. They will be tears of joy for everyone the Foundation helps in her name. Tears of gratitude for every single person who has given of themselves for the love of another. Tears of healing. This is a Celebration of Life.

Well folks, I was going to keep quiet. But the young ladies remarks continue to amaze me. The LIES she administers and the false aqusations she puts out continue to shock me. Please keep in mind most if not all of the comments posted come while under the influence of alcohol. There has been NO results at this point, I can guarentee that is a fact. She will continue to try and string people along with lies and imagination in attempt to keep control of her "cult". Truth is, she is so far OUT OF THE LOOP at this point, she cant even see inside with binoculars. The book is coming people....PLEASE don't purchase the lies and deceit. Ask her about the TRUTH, she knows what she did. I will only post more, if anyone is interested in the TRUTH.

I never claimed to have information regarding the killer of Peggy. Although I know who it is, I personnaly cannot assist with anythin helpful in a criminal case. You displaying quite the attitude lately. Is it from frustration the your foundation isn't getting the funds from the book? Bowflex hasn't been bothering you has he? Sincerly, the mark Since you seem to know who I am, I think it is only fair you tell me who you are. What lies did I agree have been hidden? When did I talk with you last week. In your very very early posts, you stated you were a man. I do not recall discussing anything with any man concerning Michelle Gooden, the murder case or any thing remotely related to Peggy Reber. So please do not use me in this game you are playing. Or is it "the mark" & "not fooling with mother nature" another sick way to hurt me. Your post of 7 hours ago states that if anyone is interested in the truth, you will post the truth. I'm very very interested in the truth. And I want to know the truth as to your real identity as well. I have my own theories what you are all about, but I'll wait to see if I'm right.

I encourage all readers to take a look at the Associated Press release in today's paper, "Man indicted in '75 slaying of Girl Scout," then Google the names of murder victims Marcia Trimble and Sarah Vannatta Des Prez. You will quickly find that DNA evidence from these TWO 33-year-old cold cases in Nashville, TN has resulted in two indictments against the suspect, Jerome Sidney Barrett. You will also see that Barrett got out of prison in 2002 and was walking around a free man until his arrest late last year for one of the murders. That's a pretty creepy thought, that he was on the loose during that time. Let us hope the people of Lebanon will soon be able to follow in Nashville's footsteps. "DNA doesn't lie." Hope, hope, hope, people, and pray, pray, pray.

You are telling us that is the concerned public is "mean" to Arnold and calls him "names", he will hesitate to carry out his DUTY. You have got to be kidding me!! I truely do not believe Gooden Question Mark has a clue as to what he/she is speaking of. There is a book maybe more than one, Michelle is not the only person who has written one and from what I hear the one written by the other person is not a very nice version of the events that have unfolded the past 40 yrs. I guess we have to wait and see when one or both are published. Michelle has spent yrs on this case and got her information first hand from family members. It should be interesting to see what is actually written.
