Nine Enrolled in ARD Program

They make it sound like it's college, "Hey what are you doing when you graduate?" "I don't know....I might enroll in an ARD program""

They were SENTENCED to ARD, I read the Daily news just so that if I miss Letterman I still had a good laugh today.
