Safety risk.

Do you want your kids playing soccer around a person carrying a gun? What do you know about that person's training & ability, their judgement, is the gun loaded? Is the safe on?.

What if some kid grabbed for it?

These are reasonable concerns for parents. You can not tell me it is 100% safe - is anything? When was the last time the carrier found the safe off by mistake or accidently fired a round. Don't tell me never.

Sometime these toters just don't know when to have some freakin sense. That, itself, should be just cause to evoke their license.

I am a gun owner so don't give me that 2nd amendment crappp.

My old truck had a bullet hole in the bumper & now, just this past weekend, I have one near the door. Yep, all those gun owners & toters are all so well trained.

Are you wasting fuel by owning that 'old truck'?

Seems you were giving lectures to people to get rid of their old vehicles!

So was it you who put the holes in your own truck, or 'hunters'? I kinda doubt is was someone with a permit carrying a handgun that did it.

I for one have NEVER, in 35 years of handling firearms, had a round fire 'accidently', nor have I ever found the safety off on a gun I wasn't in the process of firing. I have never hit anything I wasn't intending to shoot. Proper training in firearms handling and safety is to thank for that.
