To the fine folks of Lexington,
Fri. afternoon I caught the opening show The Heat, at our local movie complex. It was with much anticipation that I was able to catch this move which starred two of my favorite comedy actresses
I was, however, brought up short when I witnessed a most disturbing sight. Next to me was seated a nice looking middle aged couple with their sweet innocent grandson, or child, or perhaps foster child. This young child could not have been over 5 or 6 years old. The child was impeccably well behaved, and, as I awaited the opening of the movie, I was, however, concerned about the age appropriateness of this child.
As it came to pass, the move was terribly raunchy, and some of its' content was dramatically scary as well. eg: When Sandra Bullock performs an emergency tracheostomy on a choking victim.
As I was leaving the movie theatre I noted the movie's R rating on the billboard, and my perceptions of the couples poor judgment was validated.
Parents,Grandparents,Foster parents: Please don't take your children to R rated movies. Your community cares about our children

You need to contact DFS and report this. Also report the theater. This type of abuse needs to be stopped! The theater needs to be held accountable as well!
