Maine Harvest for Hunger

MHH is always looking for more sources to use to help feed people in ME.
If you have a garden with extra produce and wish to donate some of it to help others here in Maine, it would be greatly appreciated by all concerned. Per your directions, if needed, a group of "gleaners" will be dispatched to your location and pick whatever you have to offer. We try to encourage any back yard farmers to raise an extra row specifically for this purpose. Also, we have a plant sale every year to raise funds to help continue with this project (MHH) at the old Nasson College. If you wish to donate plants from your yard, again a group will be dispatched to your location to dig the plants and pot them for the sale. Respond here and we will give info on how to make arrangements.
