Dealers are lower than dirt, they don't care about anyone except the money. By the way 95% of all crime is caused by alcohol, and drug related. Most people that commit property crime like robbery, and theft, are doing so to get money for drugs. The people that commit most violent crimes do so because they are high, or drunk, especially domestic violence. Although the users have become addicted, sometimes after the first time using a drug, they will be addicted the rest of their lives. As for the so called Rats, they are getting to do there part to correct the wrong they have done, and they are stand up people who are getting the job done. As for the failure to get a job, stop looking for a large paying job and you may have to do something you might not want to do but work is there it just takes a little effort to get it. Its time people really learn whats right and whats wrong in society, and punish the criminals that feed off of the good people by pushing their poison.

to put a thought out there... drug dealers didnt start the users on anything, they didnt stuff pills down there throats, stick a needle in there arm..etc. the users...99.5% of the time is voluntary, they chose to do it so why is it the well, you must be a snitch yourself...why is the dealer is the bad guy? i dont see why people are downing the dealer when the user is the one robbing trying to get there next high no one told them to do it, but nothing in life is free even if it doesnt have a tax on it. and most of the rats arent snitching on people to redo there wrong...there doing it causse they prob.were caught with possesion and the only way to get out of it was to snitch, you know how many theves are running the streets cause the police let them go cause they snitched...hum keep snitching...keep getting high with no consequences.. real smart

the prision is hiring. as long as you dont have felon you can get a job. i do think they do make it hard on peoples past. people grow up and do do better for themselves. this town is so small you get labled. thats when you fill out a application and never hear from the employer. then you call their ass up and ask why didnt i get a interview or the job. you sometime have to put the employer on the spot

I think tat being an informant is one thing. Yes they do some good by getting the drug dealers off the street, but when Law enforcment allows these infomants to sale drugs and drive around Hight and Drunk and pretty much allows these Informants to pick and choose who they want to turn in. That to me is rediculous. I know a man that is a Informant and he Deals drugs to his buddies and drives around drunk in front of th cops and nothing is said about it. He breaks all city ordinances and nothing is said as long as he rats on his enemies and lets the cops know wha they want to hear. I have to say its a load o CRAP. If you want these people off the streets then stop askingall the major pains in the asses in the comnity to talk and start putting there asses in JAIL where they belong. If everyone could just say hey i can tell you what someone else did and get out of trouble we would all do it. That to me is GARBAGE. To many INformants not enough Jail time, whats the use is telling someone YES GET HIGH SALE YOUR DRUGS DRIVE DRUNK IN TOWN, but make sure you tell me if anyone else is doing it and you can get by with it. I see it everyday its sickning. Then when you do say something to the cops about it they look at you like your retarded. I dont know about everyone else but its a sad way to justify the LAW.

I think Informants are a good thing if they arent givin the right to break the law themselves as i have seen so many times. I have asked the mayor and cops in this community several times why they wont do anything about there informants running around drinking and driving and doing dirty drug deals to there friends that was never reported and all i get is a schrub of the shoulders. Informants are good but they dont need to be Privleged to break the LAW. If thats how the Law works We as citizens are Screwed. I dont know how many times i have seen an informant do something completely illegal and when the cops come they say ( OH BUT SO AND SO HAS THIS OR THAT ) and the cops shake there hand and leave as if nothing ever happened. Thats telling the informant do what you want buddy your on our side, but at the same time the informant is doing all the things the cops are asking him to tell on other people for. Its JUST WRONG.

This last post is crazy, I would like to know who it is about!!!! Anybody heard about it! It sounds like he is in prison. I bet they know who it was. I couldn't imagine worrying everyday if "today" is my day. The way I understand it, if you wear a wire on somebody they know who does it because it comes out in the discovery evidence of the case. Don't rats understand what they are doing, they are going to know who did it? What, you just hope, sending them to prison for life makes them not care about who did it to them. I'm not defending the dealers they need to be arrested, but not from a civilian putting them there. Drug dealers are one of the most dangerous organizations there are, and they don't take informants to lightly. It is just not right, for instance, the last post look what she did. She should of been put in prison for 15 years, drug possession, wanton-endangerment on everyone in the car. Her driving 90 and worse of all of them, to me, is having her children in that whole environment, leaving them in the car, having them at a dealers house out at all hours of the night, and driving drunk on crack. I mean what has the justice system come to. Not prosecute someone like that to the FULLEST extent of the law, let her rat someone out and walk free. I wish i knew who she was I'd call social services on her every day. Reading that post thinking about those children, what they where thinking, how scared they were, how cold they were, it made my stomach curl in a knot. You know any of us mothers could be letting our children around her. I know somebody knows more about this. I want to make sure nobody I know is around her, because she is a ticking bomb in to many ways!!!!!!She will never live a normal life if she is still even alive!

That is usually how it goes, too...they tell on everyone else, and they sell, buy, and do all kinds of illegal stuff because they got a "free pass" from the law. No, it is not right. If they want to act like the law, then they should have to abide by the law, as well.

I think i know who this person is! She lives in loretto and this happened a few years ago. I know she lost her kids when she got pulled over for speeding. She was caught with crack in the car, and she set chester shipp up. It sounds to much like her. She is defiantly still using drugs and alcohol, all the time. I have always felt sorry for her kids. Ive seen them look like homeless kids, dirty faces and in stained old clothes, and she would have a brand new outfit on! She thinks people dont see it, just like she thinks people dont know what she has done.

I want to make sure I stay the hell away from her especially now, she could be in loretto close to home. People like her make me sick, I'm sure it's going to shock the hell out of me because they are the ones that you least expect with the back stabbing ways. I hate a rat.

I'd like to see the "paper" that Billy Rigdon's name is on..... you and/or your "friend" are full of shit.... a rat????? That's laughable. Name the case... can you? No, of course not because it never happened. Some of these people named on here I'll agree with. Anyone can check public records and find this information out. Unless you can back it up I wouldn't recommend throwing peoples' names around since you can cause them and yourself a whole lot of trouble. Once again, people can't wait to throw a name on here and make up whatever BS they want to. Thanks for the chuckle.
The last charge he had assualt with a deadly weapon he has another case attached that is "classified information sealed" that is how i know when you have a classified sealed attachment that means you are classified informant that is how i know... just like all of the rest of these low lifes with a sealed attachment to a charge they are on... your friend isnt who u think.. some ppl have priviliged info like myself.....it is a nice thing to be aware of... who will stab you in the back first given chance...

You are an idiot. His current charges are still pending and have been postponed due to his federal charges which are unrelated to the state charges. You act like you know what you are talking about, but you actually don't. You make yourself look foolish when you speak publicly about things you assume.... get the facts. Allow me to educate you; There is nothing "sealed" about any of his cases. You cannot access Federal information because of the laws that govern that sovereignty. Furthermore, you stated that you have a "friend" in the courthouse and that names had been seen on paper so I challenge you again.... whose papers are his name on? Put up or shut up.

You seem to be very nervous about this, are you scared the imfamous rigdons are really rats...i do know exactly what im talking about.... i know when it has a classified sealed attachment that they are working with the law dumb ass.... that is why it is sealed i am not able to access that information, but i know what it means and to me that is all that matters, and you couldnt have said it better!!!!!! They all have pending charges that is what they are trying to get out of with classified sealed information, if the case was i knew who they set up.... then i would know the dealers..... but i just know the rats... sorry to ruin your day.... but the truth will always come to bite you on the ass....

Not a bit nervous, sorry to disappoint. To imply that Billy or any of the Rigdons' are rats is ridiculous, and clearly you didn't understand what i was trying to explain to you. Perhaps I should use smaller words this time. First of all, Billy is not a drug user nor is he a drug dealer, so why you would think he would have any information about drug dealers is ridiculous. Furthermore, everyone in this town knows how much trouble the Rigdons' have had with the law over the past few years (none of which had anything to do with drugs)and yet NONE of them have yet to give a statement against ANYONE in this town thus far. As for his charges, the FEDS have been investigating his family for a couple of years now and have their hands in EVERYTHING that involved them including the state charges he is currently facing. Are you really ignorant enough to believe that a sealed attachment automatically equals protected informant status? ANYTHING federal is protected and not available to the public until the case is resolved and even THEN it is not an easy process. Furthermore, have you considered the possibility that others have signed statements against him? You may believe you have "inside information" but I actually DO. I'm not going to debate this BS any further with you because it is a waste of my time but I will encourage you to stay in close contact with your "friend" at the courthouse so that you may monitor his case and will in fact see the outcome when it is resolved. Don't bother replying either, instead use that time you were going to donate to me by doing something more constructive such as making a friend in the FEDERAL courthouse so that you can look into his cases there also.
