I have been a customer for several years. We have the I-phone5s.We were promised the LTE service by March when we bought these phones. We have contacted sprint many times, about our lack of a signal. Each time we are given a different story or are told our previous complaints don't exist. We have been in the middle of larger towns in our area in front of the sprint corporate store and have o signal. We have sent text messages a couple of miles away and they were not received for hours. Does anybody have any help for these problems?

They do not provide what they sell. I would suggest you run from this company to another.
