The staff at this office is horrible. Very rude and unaccomodating. I could have tolerated this but then the doctor was worse then them. I will never go back to this office, they charge too much for contacts and have poor service. The office is in dire need of updating in both cosmetics and personel.

I had a great experience. I can see better than I have seen in 15 years. They eveidently know what they are doing. They were kind, considerate and pleasant. The doctor made me very comfortable and I learned new things. She was very proffesional and I am recommending this office to members of my family. Great Job ! Blue Valley

My husband and I love Blue Valley Eye Care. All of the staff, including the doctor, are considerate, charming and professional. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. The selection of glasses is exceptional and top of the line.
I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Valley Eye Care.

I can't believe the hasteful behaviors by Sheri, I have been to both practices and have ultimately chosen BVEC due to the professionalism portrayed by their staff.

I had a very good experience at Blue Vaelly Eye Care. Dr. Heiling was thorough and answered all of my questions. The office staff for very pleasent to work and the frame selection excellent. My glasses were delivered within a few days, as promised. I have recommend this office to several of my friends whom have also had a good experience.

This popped up when I was checking Saturday hours, and based on the first (and most likely bogus) rude comment, I have to respond ...

I have been a patient of Dr. Reiling for three years now. When i first saw her, I had just undergone an MRI to (successfully) rule out MS for eye twitching. I had seen another eye doctor during this time who found no connection to my eyes. Dr. Reiling noted that I was on the cusp of needing toric contact lenses and that perhaps my eye muscles were straining as a result. After I started wearing the CLs, no more twitching changed my life, and she couldn't have been happier for me.

Although I have never been a patient of her former business partner, I did receive a strange, poorly written letter from the woman that inferred that I had been mistakenly allocated to Dr. Reiling during their office split. She sounded quite off-kilter. I assure you (and her if she reads this) that there has been no mistake. Dr. Reiling has me for as long as she'll take me. I have no idea what happened to their partnership (Dr. Reiling has taken the high road and will not comment), but I have always had a great experience with both Dr. Reiling and her staff at BV EyeCare. I wish them the best.

I was taught that if I cannot say anything nice to not say anything at all, however that maxim must be ignored so that other potential patients might avoid the pitfall of doing business with Blue Valley Eye Care. I had an ok experience in 2008, not spectacular, but satisfactory. Then in 2009 I had such a terrible time with the staff and office manager that I had to terminate my professional relationship with the practice. i would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your eyecare needs. -- An EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. (

I went to this eye care provider and had one of the worst experiences ever. The check in process was the only thing which went smoothly.

The woman who performed the initial tests on me before seeing the doctor was dressed like she should be standing on a street corner (skin tight jeans, high heeled boots and a tank top with her bra straps showing). Then she proceeded to complete additional testing on me which was not explained would be an additional charge with no orders from the doctor to do so. I hadn't even seen the doctor yet to even order the tests. Needless to say I got ready to check out the cost was 4 times more than what I was expecting or had budgeted for. Office staff there was very uncooperative and very rude. They could not understand why a patient would be upset in regards to being billed for tests which were not necessary and had not been approved since there was an additional cost attached.

My second big mistake was going ahead and purchasing glasses from them. Woman who filled out the order and had me pay selected wrong options so now I am told I owe more money when I pick them up! This is a crock!!!

Finally, I called the office to check on the status of my glasses and Morgan (I believe this is what she said when she answered the phone) was very rude!

I would not suggest anyone go here for services.

Oh and lastly my name is not Sherri I am an actual patient who went to this office last week!

Are you sure the extra tests were not becuase of a medical issue? I see Dr. Reiling and she takes pictures of my eye because of my family history. She also bills these extra tests through my medical insurance so that I do not have to foot the bill. Better to be safe than sorry!!! I personally want to keep my eye sight. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm there a lot getting adjustments for my kids, so I know that they usually wear jeans on Saturday.

I've had two visits to Blue Valley Eye Care. One over a year ago, and the other just last month.

Both visits were great. The tests and charges were explained, based on my insurance, and the exam went well.

I recommend this office to anyone with no reservations.

I recently had my exam and had a great experience.There was new staff and new changes all of which I liked.And as always Dr.Reiling was very pleasant.I went back for a contact lens follow up and saw Dr.Brewer and she was also very pleasant.Highly recommended...

I love the doctors at Blue Valley Eyecare. I had the pleasure of seeing all three doctors, Dr.Reiling,Dr.Brewer and Dr.Erker because of my complicated work shedule. Very helpful and made sure I was happy with my contact lens prescription. Even the staff was very nice and helpful figuring out my insurance benefits. I will be back next year!!
