Locofest, first and foremost, is a showcase for local rock bands. KLAQ-FM has had little trouble attracting enough bands to fill all the slots on the three stages it sets up inside Cohen Stadium since it first staged Locofest in 2007.

well if you ask me there were only two bands that were worth the money and they were Dexima and Plage of the empire other than that it was the worst turn out i have see in the three years i have been going i could not belive you guys pick that line up for the main stage someone must know someone at the station maybe thats why sin drain got on or maybe stickle is in real good with someone murder fm i was looking forward to hearing them but they sucked real bad even cavo was awful anyway i hope the black crows pick one of the only two good bands that were out there and the kicked ass and im not the only one who thought so at least a couple of hundered that i spoke with anyway make next year a little better and have good bands on the main stage thanks for listing

im very unhappy with klaq for the bad picks for loco fest me personaly loved Dexima and they were the opening band and for a while no other band sparked an interst until wow plauge of the empire came on an its funny to me they both werent on the main stage or down on the floor at all well take it from someone who knows talent those two bands will go places even if the black crows dont see it but i think they would do well to open for them Dexima would rock the crowed Plauge of the empire would really get thing stired up and energy from them both was off the charts

PLAUGE OF THE EMPIRE RULES KICK BUT MAN OUTSTANDING SHOW FROM THEM AND THE BAND DEXIMA WAS GREAT AS WELL HOPE ONE OF THESE BANDS OPEN FOR THE CROWS CAUSE I WILL COME SEE THEM AND TO THE REST OF THE BANDS GO HOME THE MAIN STAGE STUNK AND WELL SIN DRAIN WE ALL KNOW HOW U GOT THERE AND EXIT WOUNDS BLOWS ASHES OF ANGELS WERE OK MOLLY MA BLEW VOYER OR WHO EVER THAT WAS BLEW MURDER FM CHANGE THE STATION THEY SUCKED REAL BAD ANYWAY HOPE NEXT YEAR IS BETTER GOOD LUCK PLAUGE AND DEXIMA YOUR THE REASON I STAY AS LONG AS I DID

Locofest was a blast-thanks to all the bands that played. My son is in one of the bands that played(Plague of the Empire)Want to say thank you to the KLAQ crew and to the other bands who were so supportive.(band bashing sucks! Band support rocks-thanks again!)I personally haven't been to an event like this in many years but I enjoyed myself(felt like a kid again!)Will for sure check it out next year.
