HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH!

Oh tiny tiny tiny TinyNail: an EO is constitutional until the SCOTUS says it isn't, and a EO is constitutional even when you roll around and insist it isn't even though it was issued by a Democrat...

Oblamer has shown he has no regard for either the legislative or judicial branches of Government.
Obama has shown he has grown tired of the Congress taking more than four years to do their job.

I hate to be the one to break it to you: the EO isn't unconstitutional just because you say so.

I said that I don't read your useless garbage "during mealtimes". Just what part of that is so hard to understand?. Do I need to type slower?.

You're obviously not from planet Earth. Didn't they teach you anything on your native planet of Uranus.

Oblamer is using executive actions to alter his own failed legislation, after its law, and, after Congress has done everything asked of them,in an attempt to cover up his own incompetence and mistakes.
His EO on the dream act in 2012 caused the problems we see on the border today, not because of Congressional inaction, but because back then Oblamer didn't want to be bested by Republican legislation or outflanked by the"other team" like its some sort of game where the only losers are the American public.
There is no constitutional doctrine behind the president's executive orders, actions, and omissions: there is just pure, cynical political expediency.
Defiant wanted a source and I gave it to him. What game are you referring to? The game being played by the "Party of No" the Party that stated its only goal was to make Obama a one term president? The game being played by the people who lie about the NUMBER of executive orders signed? Those games?
