Texan... only the ignorant judge the actions of those in history.

If you had been there... you would have been killing Indians too.

If you had been through the same experiences as any of them... you would have been doing the same as them.

I'm sure 100 years from now... people will look back at us, and talk about how horrible we were... and they will be just as right... and just as ignorant.

I would never foolishly judge a person in history.

It's easy for you to sit here online... with the MASSIVE amount of information available to you at an instant... and judge those in the past with little to no information available to them... living in the day... with the tools they had.

You've no idea what is was like to be there... and neither do I... but you can bet I've put lots more thought into it than looking at the cover and making blanket convictions of people in the past.

People of history were far more moral than people of today... but they were still just as lost... just lost in different ways.
