Note to Galveston: I think "Bo" was only city manager here for 6 months and you would be well advised to actually verify the info on his resume yourselves. In every case that I am aware of, he had a very bad relationship with the citizens. If he really is "part Indian" as he claimed here, he knows nothing of the culture.
