I lived in Timbercove for 23 years and knew Brandon Smith while he was growing up. He's been nothing but trouble since about the age of 12, in and out of our justice system. It was just a matter of time for something like this to happen.

The guy that shot him was having a party at that time, had time to go back into the house to get the gun when he could have called 911 instead. They did no test to see if the shooter had been drinking...he was however partying until 430am. The guy was not on the property, Brandon was shot walking his dog on a leash 150 ft from the shooters house. Seems fishy to me. People need to call the police before letting something escolate to violence. I bet alcohol impaired judgement. I also bet there had been some sort of friction with those neighbors.

The party was over and the homeowner had been asleep for hours. His son woke him up because a man was hiding in the bushes. Please get your story straight!! He was not out walking the dog.
