JD is gone? He was in my class! How/Why? I'm so sorry to hear that. JD was a good guy for sure. I don't remember if his dad was also JD...he could have been a Jr. How old was he? He should have been in his mid-late 40's about now.

It was J.D. sr. who was married to Pat and is now gone. He has a son J.D. Jr. who just lost a daughter not long ago to cancer.

Well I'm sorry to hear about his dad (I never knew that Pat married Mr. Shepherd), but I'm glad that JD jr is okay. I remember him as a very friendly and sweet kid.

My dad died in 1985 from lung cancer and my mom passed in 2003 from complications of diabetes. I never had any siblings or children.

If you see JD, tell him his old classmate, Debbie Stockinger, says hi and if he wants to email me, I'd love to hear from him.

I didn't graduate. I attended school there from 2nd grade, around 1970, until about age 16, around 1980. Then I got a GED in Piggott and went to College at ASU in Jonesboro when I was 17.

I would have graduated...in 1980 or 81, I forget. Off the top of my head, my classmates were Lisa Long; Denise Horvath; Brenda Matheny; John Fields; Anita Ladd; Greg Smith; Sheila Skaggs; JD Shepherd; John Johnson; Jackie Roberts; Lindy Eubanks; Frankie Pierce; Garrett Bearden; Jeannette Pugh; Bonnie Dulaney; Sherry Pannells; Pasty Imler; Veda and Verna Bates....

We should all be between 44-46 years old now.

I didn't have any siblings, but my aunt Shirley (Stockinger), Dorothy Puckett's sister, would have been close to your age. Then there was also Terry Wayne Stockinger their brother. My dad was Dorothy's older brother, Floyd Stockinger. He would be around 65 now if he were alive. All of them grew up in Leachville.

Girl I could NEVER forget you! Whenever anyone in michigan tells me I have a southern accent, I still even today, tell them they should meet my friend Joanie!!:)

I think it was your son Thomas that I met when I was down there a couple years ago? LOL..he was so cute.

Cantrell?? Do I know this guy? Your oldest is your daughter? Are you an at-home mom, or do you work?

I'm a Realtor...who makes NO money! LOL...real estate is just a hobby right now!....and so...for money, I also drive a school bus part-time for handicapped children. I love both my jobs. And of course I play piano for my church. It's work, church, home to cook and sleep and back up and at'em the next morning. How did I get on this hamster's wheel anyways? LOL

Do you ever see Lori? And is your mom still alive? She sure is/was a woman to be admired. I'll never forget her showing me how to make biscuits one morning when I'd spent the night with you. btw, how is your sister Debbie? Is she still with that husband.......???

It sure is good to hear from you. Email me. Debrajean0101@yahoo.com, if you have email. You made such an impact in my life. Did I ever say to you "thank you for being my friend"?

It's good to see two friends who find each other again.
I also remember Mrs. Thomas-Dow and she was a great cook and a great lady.
All the Thomas' are great people.
