hummm. maybe the city needs to install sidewalks so that kids don,t have to walk on or near the street?

I agree my kids are just at the borderline of being able to walk to school or ride the bus and they have to walk. If we live like 2 or 3 more blocks away a bus would be available. But there are no sidewalks on half the streets and the have to walk in ditches or the middle of the road if they don't want to walk in standing water... though caution is needed they safety of our kids from future accidents is a necessity!!
