I think it is ridiculous how difficult it is in Edmond to get anything approved for a new business. The mayor of Edmond should be ashamed at what the planning commission is doing. They are hindering the economic development of Edmond. They are allowed the power to put whatever restrictions on a business they want without having to answer to anyone. What gives them the right to judge what looks good on a business or to require three and four times the amount of trees a business must plant as compared to competing cities? If this does not change we will see other businesses moving into North Oklahoma City instead of dealing with the politics of the Edmond Planning Commission. This will reduce the sales tax revenue and real estate taxes we receive, which directly affects the money that goes into the Edmond Public Schools. We do not want our school system to end up like Oklahoma City’s do we? Make a change!!

Maybe Mayor had insight on how this place rest. would be run. We have been at the Edmond Rest. a couple times and we will not be going again. They state they are kid friendly but not even close.
We had our son's T-ball team party there. The guy in the back making the pizza's all he did was complain the whole time. Sending other staffers to come over to say stuff as they are to loud and basically coming across that we needed to leave. HELLO it is a PIZZA PLACE- not even 3 star rest. and boys were sitting eatting just reliving the past game. COME ON EDMOND is a family place, if you don't like kids don't go into Pizza buisness, and don't open up in EDMOND. I hope to see that area vacant soon....:) We don't need owners like that in this area or any area. Esp. since the Bricktown one is GREAT with all the kids and families. GO TO BRICKTOWN if you need to try a Falcone's..... STAY AWAY FROM EDMOND FALCONE's don't waste your money or time.

Well, turns out that this thread is moot. Falcones in Edmond is closed. Bad attitude notwithstanding, I have to guess that a bad location and high prices killed them as much as attitude.
