I blame the fraternity to some extent in allowing drinking on their premesis and especially to the extent that it was done. I was also a fraternity brother back when I was in college and know what should be done. Personal competence does play a part but in freshmen just away from home their resistance is lacking.

It is unfortunate what happened, but lets place the fault where it belongs.
This kid decided on his own to drink, this was not hazing, nor was it neglegence on anyones part.
God bless this kid, it was a terrible accident.

Yea I have to disagree although he decided to drink it was a def hazing incident he even told his friends he would have to drink that night a whole bottle of vodka and these kids of the fraternity should of never left him alone after he drank..for almost a whole hour he was left passed out in a room and not one person checked on him ....those kids made a bad decision to leave him alone like that..gary didn't drink much so he never could have imagine what would happen if he drank that much for if he did he wouldnt have done it
