-20 years on the arson conviction

-10 years on the concealing the death conviction (to run concurrent with arson)

-5 years for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; and

-12 months for tampering with evidence—commuted to time served.

The jury found Konecny not guilty of murder, aggravated assault, armed robbery and kidnapping charges.

Just found MArio on the Ga Dept of Corrections website's inmate locator; he is only serving time for the arson, concealment of death, and firearm during felony charges. It does not look like he was found guilty of the other offenses. Leslie, since you were with them that day, why don't you tell us what happened?
