Official Faces Child Porn Charges

When William Carter Gorman goes before a Federal Magistrate Judge on child pornography charges Tuesday, it is sure to raise a lot of eyebrows in Gwinnett County.

Parents need to PAY attention. Guys like this (and most pediophiles) follow an MO. Most kids know "good touch/bad touch" and aren't just going to let some freak touch them.

So these creeps have to win their trust, get close to them (even their families), treat them special to make the kids feel guilty, to confuse them, etc. They look for specific targets (like the kids who don't get attention at home). It's a sickening process and parents need to be vigilant.

I truly hope the families of the victims are getting help for them.

What a shame for all involved. A senior citizen friend of mine was just arrested for the same thing and all who know GOD on a personal basis should pray and pray hard and long for them all. The only thing I know is that God is willing to forgive, just seek him and you will find him. ONE OF HIS MANY PROMICES IS, I WILL REMEMBER YOUR SINS NO MORE. GOD HOLDS THE ONLY ANSWER.

this man is my neighbor- i came home the other day surprised to find a postal service raid going on next door.

i will say that he appeared to be a very nice fellow and has always been the model neighbor. if guilty, i would find his actions disgusting beyond words, yet i am still saddened for him and his family, friends, business associates, his church and our community.

this is just bad all the way around, and as hard as it is to do, i would only ask to the community to judge the action and not the person. there must be something very wrong going on in the mind of a man to go down this path, and it is my hope that all persons involved can find healing, including gorman.

This guy lives in my sub-division and my family and I have walk by his house more times than I can remember. The sad part is, school is about to start and I hope Gwinnett CO. Police will not let him move back into his home until this matter goes before the courts. Over a dozen school kids from K-12 catch the bus within 1000 feet of this home. I hope this guy likes prison. That is where he is going.

If you do the crime, you should pay! Criminal activity is still illegal, regardless if it's child pornography or dogfighting.
