Gwinnett proposes restrictions on pit bulls
Pit bull owners in Gwinnett County will be required to register their dogs and to provide an enclosure to contain the animals under a new proposed ordinance.

I'm not real sure there should be a ban on these dogs, that seems a bit heavy handed and a bit too socialist/progressive for me.
But there should be restrictions on handling them in public, like mandatory muzzles, not being able to take them into stores, and ensuring that the dog handler be strong enough, and old enough, to physically control the dog on a lead.
