Here's one issue it helps. Seizures. I know what my life was before, and after ! Concerning proof. I don't need to prove it to anyone. Concerning fat nasty -, stinking people...I am not even near fat. I bathe daily, so I'm sure I don't stink either. Perhaps instead of running your obviously unintelligent mouth, why don't you research things for yourself. |

It helped me endure and survive four months of aggressive chemotherapy. Smoked in my cancer ward room and no one, I repeat, no one said a freaking word. Why because my oncologist who's an expert in the cancer field said it would help.
Helpless... you'er living a blessed life. You're probably young and think you'll live forever. The debilitating effect from days upon days of chemo treatment had on me, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, but for you Helpless but lets now call you clueless, I do wish just for a couple of days you could feel what it was like. Your fighting for your life and you will do anything to survive. Unless Clueless you're a big p*ssy and would just role over and die. Which society would be better off because then you couldn't be able to bring in another life to this world. Clueless you're such a f**king blind idiot! |

I have smoked since I was 13yrs old,and now 50 and you would be surprised at the people who do smoke pot and it does help me cope easier with depression, and no it doesn't make me eat anymore than I usually do, it affects everyone diffrently.now years ago it did make you hungry, but as the years have passed things change as everything else does.so if you dont know anything about it please dont judge. I have NEVER been in trouble for nothing so see in my eyes theres nothing wrong with it

I am college educated and have a good job. I am a professional and my job comes first. I am an exemplary employee. I also smoke weed in the privacy of my own home some nights or week ends. It has no effect whatsoever on how I perform my job. I do not drink or do pills or cocaine or any of that crap. I do not drive if I happen to smoke....I am in my own home that I own. When will people leave it alone?! Go after the hard ...4 real. |

What everyone isn't comprehending, this is all up to your state law. Get your state law changed!! Kentucky alone can profit tremendously from the growing of hemp and weed. The black market would definitely skyrocket and the employment rates would go up. Doesn't sound like a bad economy with cars running on hemp oil. No more wars. Even lowers crime rate. Not to mention the health benefits to the body. It cures my headaches, chronic back pain from a 30 degree twist from scoliosis. Marie cures my nausea and vomiting and controls my I.B.S Also, it seems to control my A.D.D and A.D.H.D. Aside from my own ailments, the benefits alone are enough to make people spread the word. Think about the elderly and their dying process, no matter it be healthy or disease stricken. With Alzheimer's and Dementia, your very last stages of your life are burdened with trouble swallowing and difficulty eating, drinking, or swallowing. It's time not just Kentucky wakes up but AMERICA! Do your own research and you will see with your own eyes...or feel! Stop believing everything you see on TV or read in the News Paper. It goes much deeper guys.

"The use of cannabis for purposes of healing predates recorded history. The earliest written reference is found in the 15th century BC Chinese Pharmacopeia, the Rh-Ya."
"Holy anointing oil, as described in the original Hebrew version of the recipe in Exodus (30:22-23), contained over six pounds of kaneh-bosem, a substance identified by respected etymologists, linguists, anthropologists, botanists and other researchers as cannabis, extracted into about six quarts of olive oil, along with a variety of other fragrant herbs. The ancient anointed ones were literally drenched in this potent mixture." |

Nothing will happen unless people join groups like NORML, I believe that's what it's called, and fight and lobby to change these draconian laws about pot. It's stupid that people are so dumb and uninformed, brain-washed about pot. It's OK to smoke it, but God, you have to worry about the legal side of it. We could at least have medical marijuana like California. One more benefit no one mentioned was it helps people with glaucoma; it eases the pressure on the optic nerve so I'm told. I don't even smoke it but I feel strongly that it should be legal. It may be a big fight in KY because we are right in the buckle of the Bible Belt and live with the all these super Right Wing conservative blockheads.
