It Seems the Previous post was paid to be deleted by Mrs. Gina Fultz.....so here's the info again... Her underage daughter calls her needing a ride because she is drunk.....Principal Fultz is drunk as well but decides to get in her car and go pick up drunk daughter ..... Principal Fultz is doing 60mph in a 45mph zone, fails to signal twice, almost wrecks, (daughter is with her at this point) pulled over by police, fails sobriety test, horribly by the way.....daughter is allowed to call dad for a ride, he says no because he is drunk at home.....daughter then says she has money for taxi.....which would have been a great idea from the get go. My good friend is a cop for RPD....my daughter goes to AMS, and now is very ashamed of Mrs Fultz.....if you google it right you can see the arrest info online....Madison County Court Docket I think.
Just sayin

It appears that alot of people in Anderson County who should be role models have drinking issues. Maybe that is why so many young people there drink...they are following in their role models shoes :)

As a christian, I go back to the verse of judge not lest you be judged. This is not anyone's business. She was not working at the time! Gina Fultz is a fine woman and I think she made a poor decision at the time she got into the car after drinking. She is a human being and the last time I checked, humans to make mistakes!

I will go back to a comment I made on the earlier posting. She is supposed to be judged as she BROKE THE LAW. Yes, it is a law of man and not of God but one most obey the laws of the land or suffer the consequences. No one here is judging her. The LAW is judging her as it does all citizens. Poor decision that could have killed someone, including her.

I am not judging or throwing stones. If her daughter was drunk too, then she must be following her role models foot steps.:) Or maybe her father is her role model ? Wasn't he home drunk too?
Hey just saying, what's your name so we can do a check on you and tell everyone, not to mention talking about a minor on a website? Boy, you sure are respectable yourself!

just letting u know, according to the superintendent, they don't have a policy in place for such incidents, so shouldn't be fair that you was fired and her not

Because a woman made a mistake back in 1947 (decided to drink and drive) she left a 13 yr old little boy without legs for the rest of his life.
Yes, mistakes happen, however, there were enough options for this drunken bunch to have made a better decision.
She needs to be fired. I have a daughter at ACMS and a son soon to be......Ms Fultz the lush is no ROLE MODEL. Fire her ass.

I have known Mrs. Fultz since she moved with her family to Lawrenceburg many years ago. Anyone who knows her knows that she very rarely drinks; for the above poster to call her a "lush" is very unfair. Yes, she made a poor decision to drink and drive on the evening in question. I have a child enrolled at ACMS and have always been so impressed with Gina Fultz.

Gina Fultz being a fine woman is beside the point. She made a HORRIBLE mistake. Putting your own life at risk is one thing, but she CHOSE to drive drunk with her own daughter in the car, and put OTHERS at risk, as well.
How can I trust this woman to make the right and best choices for my child, along with hundreds of other children, when she made such a grave mistake??
She broke the law, the law will judge her, and she will pay for her mistakes. That is how the judicial system AND life works.
We all make mistakes; some more and some worse than others. Not everyone is in a public position as she is. In my opinion, she should be fired. What she did is everything against the mission of Anderson County Schools. Let me remind you what that mission is:

Administrators who…
-Foster and maintain a positive, safe environment
-Work as a team member
-Grow professionally
-Model and promote appropriate social skills
-Nurture, support, respect and empower students and staff
-Visualize and implement district initiatives
-Listen and respond to concerns of others
-Advocate for and facilitate learning

I am quite sure Mrs. Fultz will apologize for this; publicly at that, and admit what a terrible mistake she made. I know there will be those who will forgive her, myself included. However, one can be forgiven but still have to suffer the consequences.

First of all, I am not the one who said the underage daughter was drinking and called her mom. Someone else did. Second, I have passed a federal, state and local background check. I have never had a d.u.i., nor do I condone people who drink and drive. I too have a daughter, and I think Good role models are a must. How many innocent people have died because of drunk drivers. Now you may find it okay to do, as half of Anderson County probably does. But whether she is a teacher, principal or coach, she is a role model for our kids. She should be treated like anyone else who has broken the law.

So that makes it right to have me fired without any policy also.Thats crap and she sholdd be made to resign.Point blank.Laws are not made to be bent. Not even by the ones who enforce them.Pick one side of the fence..........aint nine in the middle

I prolly know Gina better than anyone on here and she is a great woman, mom, and prinicpal as well. That woman prolly works harder than anyone in the Anderson County School system. Ive seen her in her office late at night working and getting stuff schedule for the kids many different times. I mean yes she made a mistake but everyone does. O yea thats right i forgot besides some of yall on here forgot yall havent. Gina made mistake oh well. She is by far the best person for the prinicpal position at the school.

Mrs.Fultz made a terrible mistake !! How do I explain this to my daugher who goes to AMS what her prinicpal did ? Cause she never got to meet her grandfather because of the same mistake Mrs. Fultz did get behind the wheel drunk ! I thank God she didnt kill anyone that night because I would not want anybody to experince what me and my brother and sisters had to face. we grew up without a father and our kids never got to meet there wonderful grandfather !! How can people say Mrs. Fultz is the best for the prinicpal postion at AMS . We do not need this role model for our kids in school ! I just can not believe she would have her own child in the car with her !!!! What kind of mother is she ? I am sorry I dont like to be mean but I am a mother and I could not even dream of doing this to my child !!!!
