Principal Ray Woodyard has no compasion for students.

The principal at Anderson County High has no compasion for any of the students at Anderson County High. He should be an Drill Sargent in the Marines, because it is his way or no way.
The best job for him would have been as a Waterboarder at Gitmo in Cuba. He would have had a lot of fun with a job like that.

Mr. Woodyard in my opinion is a good principle, his only flaw comes into play when upsetting the school board or one of its members. Inequality really takes a toll when he is so easily influence by the power of the School board.

i go to school at achs am in my senior yr. Mr. Woodyard is a most awesome principle! i have never had problems out of him! we talk every morning and hes the one i always go to! the only ones who have ever had problems from him are those who are disrespectful and trouble makers! i for one thank Mr. Woodyard for putting up with well over 1000 screaming, hormonal teens! if you think you can do that then step up!

my bestfriend died on 01-26-09 and he was thier for me the whole way he was at the funeral he was with me when i closed the casket he is an awsome principle im a senior here and i think him and the rest of the staff are excellent at thier jobs i achs and wouldnt rather be anywhere we got it good compared to tons of schools thier strict and thats what we need i wonder what are school would be like if we didnt have all these dress code rules....it would be nasty and i dont want to see all that at school

Mr.Woodyard is a very good principal he puts his heart into ACHS. I'm a junior at ACHS and he has never let me or anyone else i know down. Mr.Woodyard actually saved me from alot of trouble last year when I had an incident, don't talk about him, he loves his job and cares for all of his students, he just inforces the rules like he should, and no sometimes i don't like it but he is still the leader of our school and he deserves respect. I think he does his job well. ACHS may not be the nicest BUILDING..but as a school we are all working together, I would reccomend anyone to enroll their kid there, ACHS is a very nice high school compared to the other ones, and we have woodyard, thorton, fields, & wells to thank for that. They keep our school in line & up in running!
