I got something in the mail this week, a color brochure type thing advertising different businesses in Lburg.
It said Dairy Cheer now open. Strange that they would advertise that and not be ready to open.
Im sure things happen, but man I wouldnt say I am open til its for real!
I saw several cars going over there around 2pm yesterday when I was at the bank.
I figured it was open since there was at least 10 cars over there.

I stopped in on Sunday afternoon. There were only a few customers. The "Smashburger" was great! The employees are all really young and are struggling to get orders right, so if you go be prepared to wait and please be patient. The food is actually very good and the prices very comaparable to other fast food places. I am sure they will get things flowing after they have been open a little while.

I was hoping for a decent burger place in town, so I gave it a try.
The service was pretty slow, the food was edible, but nothing to write home about.
The burger I had tasted like a pan fried JTM burger. Not enough of the special sauce on it to cover up the soy-burger taste of the patty.
There were two huge patties on the burger, so if quantity is your thing, you might like it.
The fries were so-so, pretty much the same as DQ's fries. You can manage to choke them down if you add enough ketchup.
Overall, Dairy Cheer fits right in with all the other sub-par fast food joints in town.
Look on the bright side, at least it isn't McDonald's #3...

This place is a rip off. Ordered 4 Fluffies and the cup weren't even half full! At 2.50 each! And heaven forbid they gave a number that would get answered.

S. L. O. W. service, tiny burger that was just so-so. The bun wasn't heated or toasted at all. Fries were bland. Apathetic staff. Won't go again. Disappointed, sick of all the usual places in town. We need a real restaurant like Cheddar's or Logan's.

Plus businesses in Lburg(NOT all) dont want to be open regular hours.
Tried to call an order in to the fairgrounds early sat afternoon, the phone just rang and rang.
Tried going there another saturday, closed up. while i sat there trying to decide where to go next 3 other cars pulled in, realized they were closed and left.
when i went to pull out, 2 guys(workers) were just standing on the other side of the building. they HAD to see all the cars pull in and out and realize the business they were losing.
The food is good and I am glad they are open again, but at the same time, everyone was just dying when Fairgrounds was closed and so they had the fundraiser and things to help out to open it, now they cant be open good hours on saturday?
you would think they would be working hard to make up for all the loss of income.
I will go to a place x amount of times, if they arent open, or give crappy service i quit going. I always give 2-3 chances because anyone can have an off day, but come on Lburg business owners. dont cry when you have no business and blame the citizens of Lburg! Be open sometimes, you might be surprised at how much money you might make!!!
Oh but do a good job when you are open or else we wont be back!

Lawrenceburg is a joke, nothing can stay opened. My thing is why would I want to eat where a place was closed down for years, I know its not the same thing that was there, but you got to think, they are using the same equipment as the nasty other places that where there. I'm so glad i am moving out of this sorry town

I know we are getting off the subject of Dairy Cheer, but I agree, I too have been to Fairgrounds on two separate Saturdays and they were closed. Why would any restaurant be closed on a Saturday afternoon ?

My thoughts exactly!!
One of the days it was sometime around noon, that is when I tried to call an order in and the other time maybe 1 or so when I went.
Ended up at Mcdonalds, can eat there cheaper anyway AND they are open the same hours all the time so you KNOW you can count on them being open. Might mess your order up a little sometimes, but you know they will be there.
Fairgrounds will get ONE more chance from me and then they will go on my do not use list.
