Is that place ever open? I have tried to call on many occasions at different times in the day/evening and can not get a hold of anyone. Are they still in business?

My son is enrolled in Tracy Cinnamon's class - it meets Saturdays from noon to 1:30p. It's a smaller class, but the instructors are REALLY good. As for the other classes, I'm pretty sure they meet from 4:30p-6:30p Tues. and Thurs. If you call the number and leave a message, Scott Brown is really good about getting back to you. As for the price, I don't know what the weekday classes are, but on Saturdays, it's $40/month and if you pay 3mos ahead, you get the ghi for free. Hope this helps.

Tuesday classes meet from 5:30 to to 6:30 for kids, 6:30 to 7:30 for adults. they are taught by Scott Brown. Saturday's class is from 12:00 to 1:30 for adults and kids. It is taught by Tracy Cinnamon. Saturday's class is more strict and traditional and Tuesdays is more laid back and modern. My older brother goes to the Saturday class and loves it. It's okinawian karate and called Tang Shou Do.

I have my own private karate tutorer. A bit expensive but it gives you a great workout and increases your flexibility!

If you are looking for a great physical and mental experience (not that the place discussed does not offer) I would suggest attending the Hombu Dojo in Frankfort on Old Lawrenceburg Road by the bowling alley.

Dr. William Durbin teaches Kiyojute Ryu Kempo there. I took lessons from him for years and loved it; Kiyojute Ryu is a non-competition, defensive martial art that blends together elements of various other martial arts into a beautiful and fun mix.
Again, this is not meant as an affront to other studios/styles offered in the area.

I hired this guy named Nathan Gamble 2 train my son and now my son seems like a professional UFC fighter or something. he only charges 20 dollars a class! He also took care of me in the back and gave me a few personal classes. hehe

you should try the new MMA place on mainstreet. they only do it a couple nights but the guys there are really nice and experienced a bunch of different areas. i know a professional fighter trained both of them and they have trained people themselves. also have extensive karate backgrounds.

The new studio, LMA on main sreet is the most diverse school iv'e seen in the area. The instructors there have a vast amount of knowledge in numerous areas of Martial Arts, Self Defense and combatives. The instructors also are both Police Officers and Serving in the Military and they have used many of the techniques on the street.

The main street school in Lawrenceburg is offering, Sambo, Japenese Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Judo I think. I like the school because most of the schools Iv'e been associated with only teach one discipline. Great School!!

First of all the instructor who was submitted is a blue belt in BJJ and trained about two years. He is a black belt in Japenese Ju Jitsu and Sambo. He does not teach BJJ. He teaches Japense Ju Jitsu. Second Hurt has been submitted several times at four seasons by the had instructor and others. You both have your facts wrong.
