If any of you are thinking of trying the Patron Grill (formerly Le Fiesta Grande), don't bother. The restaurant looks like they are trying to be a classy joint, but the menus look like a 1st grader made them, the prices are over-inflated for the portion sizes, and the service is poor. I noticed one table of people that came in, looked at the menu, then got up and left. And after my experience, I wish I had too. Cuban food just doesn't work in L-burg.

Thanks for your opinion! I still want to try it for myself. Maybe it was an off night? And their real menus aren't in yet? And...um...well, still going to give it a shot. I really want something besides mexican and chinese!

I agree. I really like Lafiesta Grande, and I have been to the new place twice. The food is not that good and way over priced. I am all about something different, but a family of four can't pay 45 for dinner. I am done with that place. I wish they would bring Lafiesta back. All they have done is push everyone to La Isla. Their business has doubled. Bring back Lafiesta, get rid of Patron.

I have tried it. Didn't like it. Food was bland, plantains had no taste. Food is way overpriced. Drinks are outrageous. This is Lawrenceburg, not New York City. Just a matter of time before it goes out of business. Would be smart to go back to Mexican restaurant right now.

What were they thinking changing it from Mexican? This change was like taking your paycheck every week and shredding it.

Need to change back to a Mexican restaurant ASAP. Customers will not keep it in business.

A cuban restaurant sticks out like a sore thumb here in lawrenceburg. People here are used to deep fried, lard cooked nasty food. Look around at everyones waistline and you see what I mean. If it isn't drenched in sugar, butter, and cheese, don't even bother. Could open a sandwich shop there but not cuban food.

You are right. People of Lawrenceburg and Frankfort are too stupid to try anything different. Funny, all the negative reviews were submitted at about the same time. Same Person? Probably.

I tried it. I do want something different in lawrenceburg. However, with only 2 items on the menu under 12 dollars and the kids food was a microwave pizza, I just don't think it's a good fit. But with that being said my food was good! I had chicken and rice and it was one of the under 10$ and I had plenty to take home. It's a great place for a date night, just too bad there is no where to go afterwards in town.

I just went there because i like supporting any local business in this God forsaken town. It is a healthier alternative and while yes the food is different, it wasn't too bad. I had the pork, rice, some kind of potato thing and an appetizer. BUT THE PRICE will keep me from going there very often. This economy? To start out? They need to lower the prices to get people coming back and staying.$20 for one meal for one person? Can't afford it very often, at all even though I liked it a lot.

The prices are unreal. $12 and $13 for meals. I can go to Longhorn for that.

I tried it out. Not good. I will give it 3 months before it goes out of business. Meanwhile since I want a taco, I guess I will go to La Isla.

They were going under as a Mexican Restaurant. La Isla hurt them and El Maguey. This was a last attempt to salvage the business. It will be closed I'm a few months.

It was a little more expensive than La Isla. They should have kept it a Mexican restaurant and just lowered their prices a little. Now they will go under. Get ready for another pizza shop.
