Basically it discusses how children were dying in Kansas because of negligence in day-cares. Kansas legislators passed a bill to increase supervision, and babies quit dying. All of those lawmakers that voted for it deserve applause for their big hearts and sound judgment.

I got curious about who could possibly vote against such a great initiative, and in a depressing non-surprise, sociopath Anthony Brown was one of minority of House members who voted against it.

But hey, he was probably right, because government intrusion is always a bad thing.
