Gee, it's my firmly held religious belief that republicans and social conservatives are agents of the devil. I must be able to discriminate against them in Kansas according to this law.

I love it when they try to pass laws like this. Then they will be the first ones running to the same activist judges crying that someone is trampling their religious rights and protections when they face the religious discrimination they legislated and made legal.

Did you know that Kansas state law mandates that above every road crossing the Kansas border, there must be a 40 foot tall statue of Dorothy Gale straddling the road holding a sign that says "WLCOME TO KANSAS !" ?

(I was in Kansas for the only time last July).
