This is so bad when police can just shoot people and get by with it. I hope this goes to the a higher court and they make a different call on this.

What higher court would that be... Immunity is immunity... if the officers were justified under Georgia law, which is more restrictive than federal law, then they wuld be justified in any court. The Federal courts and the state appeals court all work under the same standard... reasonable officer standard. So don't count on it.

The law enforcement people of Georgia must be very happy with themselves today. Cops investigating cops! How could it have turned out any other way? They killed an innocent man and then put together a show guaranteed to justify themselves. I understand why Sheriff Randy Shirley likes the idea his people can kill anyone they want; but it puzzles me why District Attorney Brian Rickman is ok with the Sheriff Department executing an innocent Baptist Minister because he gave aid to someone they didn't like. DA Rickman's website states: it is his duty to seek justice... http://www.mountaincircuitda.com/Default.aspx

...“The responsibility of a public prosecutor differs from that of the usual advocate; his duty is to seek justice,....

Apparently, this is DA Rickman's idea of justice. It's not my idea of justice. It's up to the voters of Stephen's County to decide if Rickman's and Shirley's idea of justice represents them. If an innocent Baptist Minister can be executed without consequence for simply doing what Jesus directed everyone to do; they can justify executing anyone!!! I had hoped the days of Southern Law Enforcement justice was over; obviously not in this part of Georgia.

The ONLY hope for justice is if the FBI steps in once again. Clearly law enforcement of Stephens
County deprived Minister Ayers of his civil liberties.

AND, these cops who killed Minister Ayers are still working your neighborhoods and have you in their sights.

Thank God... and if you remember or care to read the news, the citizens of Stephens County cleared the officers, not Mr. Rickman, not the sheriff, not the GBI, but the citizens.

You thanking God for cops killing a Baptist
Minister shows your value system. Very strange.

And, the cops who killed Rev Ayers are still
armed and prowling after other innocent citizens.
Yes, take out the bad guys, the drug dealers; but
please stop killing innocent people because you
don't want to take the time to find out who is who.

As far as the cops shooting Ayers because he was
driving at them; why was there a bullet hole in
the side door of his car? Clearly a lie the Grand Jury chose to ignore.

As I said before, Toccia can decide if the people
who killed & who justify killing this minister are
the kind of people they want judging them and their children. Vote people out of office who don't represent your values.Or don't stop for
any reason in Toccia. Or...

Support cops killing innocent citizens if that's your value system.

Ok. You have passed ignorance and entered into idiocy.
You continue to post over and over on different threads, the same things that are proven wrong.
I said thank God the officers are still out patroling. But you continue to think that Ayers being a minister makes him any different from other criminals. Do Baptist preachers have an exemption in state law I don't know about when it comes to criminal activity.
And the Grand Jury cleared the officers, not an elected official.
Get off the idea that Ayers was innocent. He was a sexual deviant criminal and a hypocrite, who was afraid he was caught with his hand in the coochie jar. That's all. But if that's the kind of minister you got at your church, you should post your church name here. I'm sure the attendance would pick up.

thank God you are on record... read what you wrote... I wrote the cops still have their sights on innocent people. You wrote thank God. I think Ayers was a citizen, innocent until proven guilty and I think citizens shouldn't be executed without a trial. Obviously,
you and the law enforcement and yes, the hand picked grand jury doesn't care for due process. There is nothing proving he was a sexual deviant and even if he was even Georgia doesn't allow executions without trial; well except in Toccia apparently. He was walking out of a convenience store. That isn't a capital offense anywhere in this Country except Toccia. What charge was against him? Ever? The cops let the girl they'd sold drugs too walk away. How is THAT protecting the public? Now, answer my question, why did the cop shoot the side door if the car was coming at him? That' the hole in your case. You libel the man without any proof;typical move... truth? Doesn't matter to people like you.

And answer my other question is you have the courage; are the cops celebrating getting off for
killing Reverend Ayers?

OK make up your mind, do you believe in a "innocent until proven guilty" system or not. You can't have it both ways. You are condemning the officers, who by the way were proven innocent in a Grand Jury proceeding, and then in the same breath screaming that Ayers was innocent because he was never charged. So using your own reasoning, the officers were never charged so they must be innocent and your ramblings are the work of a hypocritical imbecile.

Hitler was never found guilty.... that you have to resort to name calling shows the class you were
brought up with.

I get you like cops killing civilians. We call guys like you choir boys.. that explains everything.

None of their story makes sense to anyone with an open mind. You say they have had this woman under survalience .. the sheriff says they had no knowledge of Ayers... you say he was with her often.. so who do you say is lying.. you or the sheriff?

Cops shot him in the side of his car; as they swore under oath he was driving at them.... apparently sideways....

That a handpicked grand jury is afraid to stand up to cops is not news in this part of the South.

Bottom line; Ayers is dead and he didn't do anything wrong.. just was ambushed by cops...
who let the known drug dealer walk away.. again.

There is much more to this then anyone is willing
to admit.

IF you can show some class and stop name calling like a 2nd grader; we can talk.. but if you are going to continue to act like a child; I'm done.... show your age and IQ..

Only if you acknowledged you have no class and can only behave as a 2nd grader. Now that you have..
you are left to celebrate the murder of a man who was executed.. no trial.. cops decided he needed killing... they killed him. Toccoa deserves you.

Dubbie, Ron says you behave like a 2nd grader but we need to check with Jeff to see if you are as smart as a fifth grader. Let us know if he accepts you on his show!!
