I took a nintendo 64 to this pawn shop to try ang get some money to feed my kids. The youbg kids that worked there pulled my item out of the box. The unit fell from thier hands and hit the desk hard. This happened infront of my fiance, two of my kids and myself. All they could do is joke about how it probaly wont work. When they went to hook it up it didnt work. It no longer recognized the controllers as being plugged in. After that the laugher and jokes about dropping it stopped. They imediatly began to make it sound like they didnt drop it and we brought it in that way. Knowing that trying to fight it would not resolve in my favore I left the store.

The older tall skinny guy continuously flirts with my fiance when we go into the store even though I am right there with her. He had the nerve to say to her that she needs to get a job then we would not have to worry about feeding the kids.

Just to make one thing clear the people mentioned are the only ones Giving the problems. The rest of the employees that work in other parts of the antiuqe store have never given me problems. As far as I am concerned the rest of the store is OK. Only the A to Z pawn shop side should be avoided before it happens to anyone else.

To this day they still refuse to replace the unit they broke and insist they never dropped it. There are two very good pawn shops right next to A to Z. They are very friendly and helpfull. Go to them instead.
