This could have all been avoided had the town medeler Jim Newcomb stayed out of the mix.

There are a few good men working on the water problems in the town but just as Alan said that medeler Newcomb has caused them nothing but problems and setbacks with all of his reckless self centered antics

I agree with Alan and Rick. Newcomb would serve the Hackett city council just fine!
