So since the dog was old and had arthritis it was his own fault that he was outside, covered with snow and frozen to the ground?!! How long does it take for an old dog with arthritis to get covered with snow and FROZEN to the GROUND? Maybe Sutton's owner should be required lie himself down on the ground in snowy 6 degree weather so he will be better able to judge next time! Idiot gets off with animal torture and all is right?....hardly!

This is just sad. I can't understand anyone who abuses an animal.

If the animal is old and sick, how about euthanizing it? At least then you are treating it with the respect and care it deserves.

Leaving it out to freeze is just disgusting.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Libra

If you live with other people you have to resign yourself to the fact that you all want to do different things today. The more you urge togetherness, the more everyone will be determined under tonight's Full Moon to do their own thing even if it creates problems. Try to play this down as much as possible because it's also a lunar eclipse and getting angry won't solve anything; it may even make the situation worse. Maybe this is a chance for you to do what you want for a change, too? Anyway, enjoy yourself tonight, Libra because you deserve it!
