Voted For Mike McIntyre
Mike is honest, unlike Pantano. There really is alot more to Pantano than meets they eye. He is arrogant, a womanizer and looks down on those less fortunate. Granted he is a slick and smooth Wall Street talker, much like the snake oil salesmen that used to ride around selling lotions and potions. He have even, at one debate, made a statement that he would represent America. He obviously forgot what district he was running for, or never knew in the first place.

Gotta love Pantano & his shooting "contests."He does have more experience in shooting at stationary targets...of course he was shooting a rifle then and it took more than one magazine to do the job.He changes stories more often than a road racer changes gears. He runs off at the mouth about where his oponent's money comes from but says nothing about how his campaign is financed.(How about some money as far away as California??)He is an arrogant, well financed ZERO as far as I'm concerned.

We need Pantano he will work to lower taxes for the small business man, he will work to pass a immigration bill that puts Illegal immigrants at a disadvantage and may chase them home, where they can apply for legal admission to this Country, behind everyone else on the list. He will work to establish a Federal concealed carry on a shall issue basis that will trump state laws and allow concealed carry in all 50 states. He will uphold the 2nd Amendment to the United States constitution, and fight for the right that all free citizen's be allowed to keep and bear arms, for the very reason that this amendment is not there so we can go hunting, but rather we own the inalienable right to defend ourselves from criminals, foreign and domistic forces that would try to take away our freedoms, and ignore or dilute the Constitution and our rights.

Pantano is a high strung wall street thug. He is not from our area and is living off his wife. He hasn't got a job yet he is running a 1M campaign. Who will he owe? Where does his money come from? Hum, something stinks and not just the Muslims he murdered.

Pantano does NOT have the temperament necessary to represent this community. He's washed out of every job he ever had -- think that his resigning his commission and the Marines deciding not to prosecute him for desecrating a corpse is just coincidence? They didn't want his poor judgment coming back to haunt them again. Why should we? He wants the job in Washington to get him away from NC as fast as he can go.

I am a registered Republican who would not vote for Pantano if he were the only candidate on the ballot.
First of all, he was a disgrace to the Marine Corps, displaying poor judgment in a combat situation when he was under pressure. Although he was cleared, he was compelled to resign because he knew his career as a Marine officer was toast.
Secondly, Pantano ONLY moved to NC because that was his duty assignment. I hardly think he would have left the Big Apple to move here otherwise. He is little more than an opportunistic Yankee carpetbagger who is running for office because of his immense ego - not his desire to serve the people of his district.
Lastly, the guy wasn't even a Republican until last November. Up to that time he declared he was unaffiliated. Once again, it's the ego thing.
I'm sure if Pantano wins he will fit right in with the Washington elite with his expensive designer shoes and smooth talk. But does District 7 REALLY need a guy like this to look out for them??
Hey, I am all for voting the bums out, but is McIntyre truly of the Harry Reid/Nancy Pelosi ilk???
