It doesn't say you can't smoke in your, it says you can't smoke in your car with a minor!

Anyone who chooses to smoke in a car with their children should have those children removed from their custody. It's child abuse, plain and simple.

Matter of fact it sounds like you should spend some time in a little white room.
Infact it sounds like almost anyone would know more about what is good for you than you do.

The fundamental of criminal law is that the state is the victim when someone or some corporation violtes the laws of the state.

Bolt the child safety seat to a bike or ski rack on the roof of the car, give the kid a pair of goggles for eye protection and a NHTSA/DOT approved motorcycle helmet, make it don the safety gear, strap it into the child safety seat and off you go.

Better yet, adults should just drop their little sh8ts off at the police station and let the state raise the little b0stards on their own dime.

Well...
I am a libertarian, but I think smoking should just be outlawed.
It has no redeeming quality.
Weed should be legal, not tobacco.
No one in their right mind would smoke if they had a choice.
It is very harmful to expose children to it.
The only reason its legal is because the crooked government wants the taxes.

Iam a smoker with children.
I do not smoke in my house and I do not smoke in my truck when theyre with me. I ALWAYS HAVE A GUN.

I do not like the gov telling me what is best for me and my own. the socialest pcs of sheit that are running our states and country are not even qualified to properly wipe their owm azzes without a lobbyest, yet they feel compelled to dictate how WE THE PEOPLE will manage ourselves.
screw em all., this country needs a good bloody overthrow.

To me, it makes no sense for a state to have a liberal gun law, but, to be so socialistic about smoking.

In Colorado, the have a strict no smoking law on the books, but, you take an easy gun course, and, you can get a concealed weapon license. Just makes no sense....

(And, before you ask... Yes, I do have my concealed weapon permit... and, yes, I am carrying a gun most of the time. Gun pockets in purses were a great invention.)

Things are going from bad to worse here. First we agree on Chantix and now I agree with you on the(legal) gun in the purse thing, Gads!!!...:(
I also carry a nice little legal package in my purse, and often keep one
under the seat in my auto
PS/ I've heard that when one goes to some areas in N.VA you are required to wear the gun outside where it may be seen. I'm told they can even wear them legal like in bars.

A little more information about secondhand smoke...

http://www.wltx.com/news/story.aspx...

There's a lot of controversy about it, but most of it is logical. You can't be harmed by it if you aren't exposed to it, plain and simple. I have NO problems with smokers at all, puff away. But once you blow it out, I don't want to have to breathe it back in, and my kids wouldn't want to either.

My lovely wife and I quit, using "Chantix" 2.5 years ago. Best thing we ever did for ourselves. I feel great. I hate the smell of it now.

The gov is getting too personal with the damn smoking. I don't smoke, haven't for 22 years. I miss it at a bar, it just aint the same. I don't miss someone firing up at a diner just as I get my breakfast but the diners had the choice of making a seperate section for smokers or losing bussiness. Thats free choice America. I live in North Jersey and ride the NY, PA, and NJ area. There still is bars that you can smoke. The VFWs and American Legion halls are exempt from the Nazi laws, maybe cause they defended the old American freedoms. I prefer them over the bars which now are smoke free, the air is cleaner but the atmosphere is gone. They also pack em in during games and races. Like they said in basic, Smoke em if you got em.
