Rose, everything you say makes sense to me. I have not attended the meetings as I had planned or went on any of the excursions, perhaps when I retire. I mostly did that because it would make it easier for my children if they wished to join.

My youngest daughter has her own take of all of this and she learned it thru the school system. I have given her books to read, but she won't. I suppose she has the learning on this subject that she cares to know about this subject for the time being. But there will come a time when she wants to understand more--beyond boys (and yes, it's driving me crazy!! lol) so she will have her own library to learn from. Time for work! ya'll have a good-en and hold the fort down!

I feel for you due to the fact you do not have the intellect to do research and expand your mind with facts, instead of thinking with your mouth. The definition of intellect is (The ability of the mind to think, reason, and learn. The ability to think abstractly or deeply) as these facts are located on the internet, research it for yourself simple one. And your welcome for the lesson of the day !!!!
I feel for you that you are so racist and stupid that you would make this crap up just to try and justify your ignorance.

MtnBred, good morning. folks has got off subject. a legal contract is a legal contract. you want to criticize folks for what they believe and how they stand because they are not POLITICALLY CORRECT. DAMN I HATE THAT TERMINOLOGY. REMINDS ME OF MUSSOLINE AND ADOLPH HITLER. YALL do not like our way of life down south the interstates are still open up toward the north i think. at least they were the last time i looked.
take care MtnBred, bless you and your family and may the confedrate flag fly forever over dixie. deo vindice

how you like that picture, MtnBred. it is a little fuzzy but that is me. that is a genuine 1853 enfield rifle musket .58 caliber reproduction which i use in all my reenactments. just like the genuine article used by my confederate ancestors in the late unpleasantness.
take care and god bless.

I can't see the rifle real well, but it's probably my eye sight! I am assuming that the Flag is cotton. Thats pert n're clost to tha one i have. I believe your is a bit bigger. My NC Confederate Flag is in need of retirement as well as the Union Jack. I had patched them up somewhat, but they are so old that it's time to put em out to pasture. These are just store bought, so have no personal meaning other than the symbol. Reckon I will burn them on our next camping excursion.(They are cotton, so won't melt and stink before burning!) lol Did you have fun at the last reenactment?

MtnBred, had a good time at Florence, SC at the Battle of GAmbles hotel. 500 sc home militia and 400 regular CSA soldiers defeated a detachment of union infantry sent to tear up the rr lines and destroy rails cars full of confederate war supplies near florence. it was real windy weather did not cooperate but we all had a great time. god bless you take care of yourself.
