Can the folks at Virginia Manor Road clean the construction entrance there? I'm tired of my car being covered in MD Red Clay when I get home. I know cracked windshields and chipped paint repairs help the economy but seriously clean the friggin road, every day, every time it gets dirty, show some respect/courtesy for your fellow citizens. Also hows about a water truck to clean the vehicles off when they leave the site, really tired of these arseholes popping out in traffic and showering everybody with the crude they are too lazy to wash off their vehicle. It costs money to have that water truck there, but I thought that was the law, what happened? These ICC construction folks make a state highway road crew look competent. What a disappointment.
