Judge Cox will receive my vote. Davis' article in the Brookville Democrat was tastless and very disrespectful to the Napier family.

I will vote for Judge Cox too but I missed the Brookville Paper so I don't know anything about that. To me, Judge Cox seems to have done a good job and I don't really know anything about Davis.

I undertand the Napier family being upset that all this keeps being brought up.But if it were me I would want to know if Judge Cox really let him out of jail early.I would not want another family to go through what they have been through.I dont think it is to hurt them or to make them upset. It is to try to get to the bottom of the case.I think it does make a difference if he got out early. It could of had a differnt out come and who knows some lifes saved.Just saying.

Do some research folks. If you remember back to the election when Jud beat Bob Bischoff, the democrat party tried playing the same type of dirty politics they are attempting to smear Steve with. Don't fall for it. Just a orchestrated effort to knock someone down when you don't have much to run on.

So true!!!! Feb 29,2004 judge cox let a 29 yr old man w a failure to appear warrant sleep overnight at his house and drove him to hope house in Richmond the next day for alcoholism, Cox then discussed this with prosecutor and got warrant dropped. Thisan had pending criminal charges in Cox's court...is this fair, impartial or law upholding- NO it is not!! May have been a while ago, but still represents his actions as a judge. Does he do these favors for everyone? Does he do this for women? If you wonder how I know this , it was on the front page of the Richmond paper, palladium item on march 22,2004. The article contains quotes from Judge Cox...compassion is great, but not just for a few men chosen by a judge....he is not fair or impartial and I think we have had enough of him.....
