I just ran into "Mr. Screwed" on the way home and see you're flying Old Glory these days! He told me "Paul Harris" was on the news due to mega complaints??? That can only help your cause! Again, I'm breathin' a sigh of relief for you if you can escape the Paul Harris thingie!!:hug: lol

We just had Paul Harris Roofing put on our new roof - it looks beautiful! I was quite pleased overall - they did a super job on the clean up after, were in line with the Insurance adjusters estimate for repairs and replacement. Thank you hard working men.

We live in Knoxville, Tn. A sales guy from Paul Harris knocked on our door. I told him that the Insurance co had sent out someone right after the big hailstorm and said that we were fine. WRONG - we developed a leak. The guy from Paul Harris inspected the roof and it was obvious we did in fact have damage. He arranged a new inspection and worked with our Insurance ( State Farm) and got a new roof approved! The difference is that these guys know HOW to work with the Insurance company. I did do some research and found 30 complaints with BBB - but when I mentioned this to the sales guy he pointed out that all except 2 were resolved ( in progress ) and if I considered that Paul Harris had done over 3000 roofs in the past few years - that is like 1% complaints. I am posting here that the crew did a great job - got us a new roof - and went above and beyond. Very pleased and would recommened! THANKS PAUL HARRIS!

PS - I also wonder how many competitors post BS !

They have been harassing my neighborhood for 3 months! One guy dropped a ladder speeding down Jefferson Pike that I was able to swerve but the car behind me hit and they didnt bother to call the cops! Ok shady stay aeay from my roof! A rep grabbed my door as I tried to shut it, overly pushy and just makes a mother home alone nervous

We had estimates from Aspen and a few others... No one local had the time to call us back. Insurance company did not like Aspen at all.... We ended up with a local company that we highly recommend. Mihalkos. They have been around for years out of Altoona and now have a local office in Latrobe. Ours was a big job too. High pitched roof and 62 squares. Paul Harris has some bad reviews.

Johns Roofing did our roof and they went above and beyond for us. We had rotted wood and they replaced it. How many of the other companies would have just shingled over it and never said a word?
As for Paul Harris, I've heard all bad. Check the BBB, if you can't get info, go elsewhere!
Aspen tried to bully me because we gave them a chance by getting a quote, but chose Johns instead. Johns was cheaper, and bottom line, I trust John Marks to do a good job and still be here if I ever have a problem.

I find it hard it hard to believe that Johns Roofing was the cheapest. His prices are way above anyone else around here and his prices have been that way for years. We had him put a roof on for us about 12 years ago and the insurance company told us he put on a very low grade roof. We didn't get him this time around because of that.

They did my roof. I love it no leaks. Half a day to put it on.
