The following is a partial list of criminal cases handled by judges in the most recent term of Westmoreland County criminal court.

Here's the Latrobe residents that made the list.

Brian D. Fairman, 35, of 1217 Hillview Ave., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. To charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officer and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in jail. Sentences are to run concurrently.

Christopher W. Neely, 28, of 301 Armstrong Drive, Latrobe, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in jail and was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school. His license was suspended for 12 months.

It looks like "Crazy John" is still living up to his nickname.

John E. Levrio, 59, of 2441 Jodi Ave., Latrobe, was sentenced to 48 to 96 months in jail for the charge of corrupt organization-employee. To charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, he was sentenced to not less than 60 months or no more than 120 months. Sentences are to run concurrently.

Lisa Ann Mardis, 42, of 301 Lloyd Ave., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, conspiracy and loitering and prowling at nighttime. She was sentenced to probation for one year. She was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, follow all recommended treatment and pay restitution of $5,237.33.

Ashley Marie Farabaugh, 21, of 1000 Alexandria St., Latrobe, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for six months.

Patrick Steven Barry, 23, of 330 Pine St., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to sell/furnish liquor, etc., minor. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

Prowling at nighttime? Is that different than prowling at daytime?

And, I never heard of this charge, anyone know what this means?
