I know both the dad and the mother sure they haven't provided the kid with the best life has to offer but who really has? The fact remains the kid stole 45K and the parents had nothing to do with that. You people need to get a life and stop blaming the parents someday it could be your own child doing drugs or doing what this kid just did. Think about it.

That is what happens when no one is minding the the store so to speak. 45K that is no small amount of change. That kid is going to do jail time. Bank Robbers don't get that much.

Well this is really something he could get away with that for so long. Has there been any updates to this story?

One of the employees at getgo told me they were going after him bigtme.

I would think stealing a huge amount of money like that would warrant some major jail time.

How could you say such a thing? It's a well know fact this kid comes from deadbeats on both ends. he didn't have a chnace in life coming from that. I can't say one good thing about the dads or mothers family other than deadbeat.
I have to agree with you Dolly, the kid didn't have a chance both families are deadbeats. The mothers parents lost there home for back taxes.

Who cares if the Grandparents lost their home to back taxes? The "Fathers" side has an Uncle in and out of prison for imbezzlement and there are several others in that family who use and sell heroine. He has a cousin who overdosed at 17. Multiple children with multiple fathers. How many of them were pregnant at 15 yrs old and younger? How many DUI's and assault charges are racked up? One of the Aunts married her step uncle. She was raised as his niece! At least his Mother raised him and her other children. The "Father" has 4 children that he claims and has disrupted their lives and then signed them away to avoid child support. As I said before I never saw the Mother in a bar throwing an ash tray at one of her kids. I never saw her give her 14 yr old child a beer. I never saw her scream at her kids while drinking in a bar. I never saw her degrade her children or hit them with anything. I never saw her let her 15 yr old daughter sleep with a boy in her house. I never saw her get a baby to fetch her a beer. I never saw her spend hours in a bar with a toddler and then drive home with it drunk. I never saw her leave a bar with a married man, expecially one married to a relative. I have seen with my own eyes all of this with his side. Now which seems worse? A Grandparent losing their house to back taxes. By the way could happen to you also. Or the things mentioned above?

I have to agree with anon_one on this one, both sides of the family are as bad as the other side. I could name many many things about the mothers side here, but you really won't want me too. But the fact still would remain there child is a crook and throwing stones at the parents does no good. The kid in the end is the one that will have to pay for his crime not them.

The big question is how much time will this guy get for taking so much money? I hope the judge throws the book at him as we all pay for this kind of thing when someone steals.

All I see here from anon_one was the Grandparents lost their home to back taxes. Big deal. I'm not saying you don't know more about them but losing your home to back taxes and considering someone unfit because of it is small minded. Anyone could get into a financial bind and lose their house. I know great parents that have lost their job due to a stroke the father had and lost their home. It dosen't take much these days to go under with money trouble. How many people reading this would be able to keep their house and cars with the loss of their job or health?

So your trying to paint a bright picture for these grandparents are you? Anyone that knows them will tell you they were deadbeats "her parents" long before this, Had it not been for Mr O these people would have lost there home years ago. And health wasn't a issue then.

Really how did we all get started talking about the parents, grandparents anyhow. Anthony Scott Clawson will be the one that has to answer for this not them. http://www.thepittsburghchannel.com/news/1444...

Not trying to paint a bright picture of the Grandparents at all. If you would have read back a ways you would have seen what I was pointing out. I didn't say the Granparents lost their home due to health issues. I said I know great parents that lost their home due to a stroke not the grandparents. Anyways... my point was is doesn't make them unfit just because they lost their home due to back taxes. I always referred to the father being a bad parent and his family encouraging their children to be criminals.

If anyone from the Latrobe Bulletin reads these how about giving us a update on whats happening with this case. Since 45k was stolen I would say it's a large story. Why haven't we heard anymore about this.

I've often wondered why this kid would have stole all this money. Was he using it for drugs or what?
