I heard Latrobe Park & Recreation is purchasing the property so they can get more money from Latrobe Council for the upkeep.

hey we need another bank or junk store. closest one is a 100 feet away from here. unity township supervisors will jump on this idea. and thats the sorry truth. stop the growth on route 30 already. the area is turning into rt. 22 thru monroeville. opening new areas up while others set empty. action hardware building, empty store fronts at big lots,etc. etc. stop the madness ,screw the taxes from these. they get tax breaks for building anyways.

I so agree, Iggy. The old Action store is a shame to be sitting like that. Why didnt Aldis go in there? And for fvcks sakes..do we NEED ANOTHER BANK??? Do we NEED 3, yes 3, Dollar General Stores? Agreed, Rt30 is looking too much like Monreoville. I used to enjoy the ruralness of Unity Twp, but its getting less and less.
