I CAN write myself a big bonus (and pay BIG taxes on it), or I can worry about having to make payroll when times are tough. Its exactly what this country was founded on. I take the greater risk, I can earn a greater reward (or loss).

Monopoly money doesn't count, not a real bonus! The only loss you have is the sense of reality, THERE IS NO BUSINESS LIAR!

I just was wondering is it a store or landscape or construction or whatever, just wondering. But you could post what you pay your workers or give us an idea. Competetive to me is $15-25 an hour plus bebefits, are you competetive with that?

Competetive to me is $15-25 an hour plus bebefits, are you competetive with that? If you don't know what kind of business it is, how do you know what a competitive wage is? Do you think everyone should make between $15 -$25/hour plus benefits, no matter what kind of job they do? If so, half of the small businesses in this country, maybe more, would be bankrupt in 6 months. Competitive means that the wage is around the same amount that people doing similar work make.
