We are getting there. The majority of them are gone. Now we just have to wait for the rest of them to quit. Yeah they quit, they needed a job really bad. Like the one that crossed after she heard we were going back the following week. Yeah she needed a job really bad.

To work there you have to be in the union and anybody there can join its ashame they should have been fired.

Losers need a union in order to work.....winners are hired and prosper on their own merits.

Union members are a joke.

Then I guess they'll have to get another job. Before they leave though, each and every laid-off worker should shake hands their union "brothers and sisters" and thank them for their greed. If all of these unskilled dopes were paid what they are actually worth, no one would be laid off.

The lesson here is simple: Get some job skills through education and you won't be slaves to the company or to the union.

You're quite welcome. That's also very nice of you to say. The majority of the others whom I am supporting aren't the least bit appreciative.

By the way, if you actually do have marketable skills, why would you put up with a company and a union holding your job status in their hands?? Maybe you should consider switching jobs to somewhere where you have more control over your life.

i have control over what i do, but the union also helps with the job, months ago all members of the company took a 5 or 6% paycut and are on rolling layoffs, we (union members) had layoffs as well, but our wages are set in stone. if it wasnt for a union, we could be doing skilled jobs for what we could make working at fast food places. and yes, i do appreciate the unemployment, it helps with feeding the family and paying bills when laid off, i just wish more people felt this way and wouldnt take advantage of it and screw it up for all

When you post "if it wasnt for a union, we could be doing skilled jobs for what we could make working at fast food places", what do you base that statement on besides the rhetoric of your union overlords. OF COURSE they would never ever inflate their own positions or make you feel as if you have any control over your own destiny.

THEY ARE LYING TO YOU AND YOU ARE APPARENTLY TOO STUPID TO KNOW IT. YOU ARE A SLAVE.

If you really are a skilled employee, you would be able to earn the market value of your skill, not what you call 'fast food' wages.

Go work in one of Paces other plants and see how much money you make, what kind of medical insurance you have and see what kind of retirement you will have. By the way union haters they closed 3 other plants they owned all non union and guess what we got alot of their work. So what does that tell you.
